Nous avons loué deux vélos électriques pour découvrir la Galice et nous sommes ravis de cette expérience.

Dès le premier contact, tout a été parfait. La communication est très facile, que ce soit par e-mail, WhatsApp ou téléphone, et nous avons toujours reçu des réponses rapides et claires.

Un grand merci pour la gentillesse, le professionnalisme et toutes les explications fournies avant le départ. On sent immédiatement l’expérience et la passion, ce qui met en confiance.

Le matériel fourni était de très grande qualité : les vélos électriques étaient impeccables, parfaitement entretenus et très agréables à utiliser tout au long de notre séjour.

Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la possibilité d’être récupérés à notre destination en van, une option très pratique qui a rendu notre itinéraire encore plus simple à organiser.

Je recommande sans la moindre hésitation. Un service irréprochable du début à la fin. Merci encore !

I strongly recommend BiciTui, what a great place to find. Rodolfo was knowledgeable, helpful and gave us excellent advice on cycling routes in the area, making sure we enjoyed beautiful views while still getting back on time. He's experienced, responsive and genuinely friendly. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely rent bikes from Rodolfo again. Thank you so much for everything!

Recomiendo BiciTui al 100%. Rodolfo respondió enseguida, fue muy amable y nos dio muy buenos consejos sobre las rutas para disfrutar de unas vistas preciosas y volver a tiempo. Si volvemos por la zona, sin duda volveremos a alquilar las bicis con Rodolfo.

On my way to the South I had some serious damage to my bike. I passed the shop of BiCiTui and met a very professional team of Father and Daughter. They were very supportive and did a fantastic job not only to repair my bike but also preventive actions. After the repair I could continue my trip without any technical problems. Very happy I met this team to help me and get me on the road again. Without them I had to stop my longterm trip.
Thanks you, BiCiTui-Team I'm very grateful you help me out in the difficult situation.

It should be 500 stars!

You SHOULD take a bike from Tui to Pontebedera (or more) if you are a pilgrim heading to Santiago.
Also, you will definately need to rent a bike HERE!
Even I randomly decided to rent a bike and ask for rentals for upcoming next day riding after 7pm, they kindly answered me via call and made all bikes set up perfectly next morning.
Also, it is able to return at a different city.
The rental fee and oneway fee is not that expensive at all.

And here, there are lovely and super kind father and daughter running this bike shop.
They do love biking and take care of customers with true hearts.
They gave me lots of warnings, tips, and information about way up to Pontebedera.

The most important thing is the view of way biking was awesome, and you dont need to worry about anything!
If I would have walked, it must be great still, but I wont feel that much freedom and full of joy because walking is slow, so I would see and feel the sight consistantly.

If you are worried about uphills, dont worry!
With electricity, uphill is not that tough either.
I barely ride a bike, and not a professional rider.
The battery is also enough to finish - I actually used only half amount of the battery.
So, dont hesitate to rent a bike, and just bike!

뚜이에서 폰테베데라나 바로(?) 라는 계곡 있는쪽까지 업힐이 엄청 심한고 2일 정도 걸리는 코스인데 전기자전거로 하루 뚝딱입니다
자전거라 걷는것보단 순간 체력을 더 요하긴 하지만 초보자도 전기자전거로 업힐 충분히 소화할수 있고 여차하면 끌바해도 될 도로 환경입니다
차들이 그렇게 많이 안다녀서 마음 쫄리지 않게 다닐 수 있어요
무엇보다 내리막길에서 보는 뷰가 미쳤습니다
순례자길 걸으면서 번뇌와 집착을 털어냈다면 자전거 타면서 해묵은 스트레스, 부정적인 감정 모두 다 날아간 느낌이예요
너무 상쾌해요

특히! 한국에선 이런 자연 숲길에서 자전거 절대 못탈겁니다(제가 잘 모르는 것일 수도 있지만..)

꼭 하시고, 이 분들 정말 정말 정말 좋습니다
한국 놀러오시면 제가 삼겹살이 소주 쏘고 서울 투어 시켜드리고 싶을 정도예요

낯선 이국땅에서 자전거 위험하지 않을까 업힐 힘들지 않을까 걱정 마십쇼
조금 힘들어도 누구든 할 수 있습니다

게다가 편도 반납도 되고 개인짐은 반납하는 곳에서 찾을 수도 있어요
이걸 웨않해?

I saw a flyier on a pole a little ways before Tui. They have a new location, so call if you are not sure. The bike was great, and for a small fee, they will pick up the bike in Santiago. Highly recommended!

Can I give +5 stars? Fantastic service. Great equipment. Knowledgeable proprietor. Pickup of bike in Santiago de Compostela. Very reasonably priced - no extra charge for bags or helmet. Tui -> Santiago de Compostela. Amazing experience.

Super awesome father daughter business pair. I texted them late on a Sunday night to arrange nice e-bikes for a Monday morning. It was from a random location A Guarda to be dropped off in Baiona. They dropped them off at our hotel on Monday morning and picked them up at our hotel and a totally different city Monday night. Seamless. They were super nice and polite and organized everything. They even gave us a couple of tips that we did for our days activity and had a great time. Super awesome team! Fully recommend.

Experiência fantástica com a BiciTui!

Eu e o meu marido alugámos bicicletas elétricas na BiciTui, em Tui, para fazer o Caminho de Santiago e foi, sem dúvida, uma excelente escolha.

As bicicletas estavam em ótimo estado (inclusive, a minha era nova, pronta a estrear), totalmente equipadas com tudo o que precisávamos: alforges, luzes, carregadores e suporte para telemóvel — tudo pensado ao detalhe.

O atendimento do proprietário, Rodolfo, fez toda a diferença. Sempre disponível, profissional e muito atencioso, deu-nos ótimos conselhos sobre o percurso, explicou tudo com clareza e partilhou dicas muito úteis que tornaram a experiência ainda mais tranquila e perfeita.

No final, optámos pelo serviço de recolha das bicicletas em Santiago e transfer de volta para Tui, o que foi super prático e facilitou imenso toda a logística.

Foi uma experiência memorável, com um serviço de grande qualidade e um acompanhamento muito próximo e humano.

We had a wonderful experience at this bike shop. The owner was incredibly friendly and took great care of my little brother’s bike, making it fully roadworthy again. Thanks to his help, we can continue the next days of our Camino without worries.

He even took extra time to give us helpful tips for the Camino, which we really appreciated. His kindness and willingness to help made a big difference for us. We highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest and friendly service!
