Amazing experience at “Bicicletas La Pindia” in Santander. The day before, while I was still on the ferry, I used the WhatsApp service on their website to let them know which tubeless tyre I needed — so easy to sort out from the boat. When I arrived with a puncture I couldn’t fix myself, Tomi took care of it right away. It was a tubeless one - the plug I had done did not work - so needed the filler and new tyre. By sheer luck, the Vittoria tyre I needed arrived at the shop just five minutes after I did! Tomi had the wheel sorted in about ten to fifteen minutes, working with real skill and care, and even made me a coffee while I waited.

Fast, friendly, top-quality service. I ended up buying a few extra bits from the shop just to say thanks. Highly recommend to any cyclist passing through Santander. Thanks, Tomi!

Tienda muy chula cuidada con mucho detalle. Mecánico excepcional, muy atento en su trabajo y muy profesional. He hecho un mantenimiento y colocado la cinta del manillar nueva aquí y estoy encantado. También me ha ajustado el cambio que tenía algún problemilla y me ha dejado la bici como nueva. Muy recomendable

Tomi liet per whatsapp al direct weten dat hij bikepackers niet graag aan hun lot overlaat. Maar zoveel aandacht en oog voor detail was meer dan we hadden mogen verwachten. Tomi liet ook meteen wat slijtage zien die we zelf niet hadden opgemerkt (attent, niet om ons opdringerig op kosten te jagen) en kon een paar cruciale onderdelen meteen vervangen. Intussen overlaadde hij ons met tips. Niet alleen voor routes, ook waar we wat moesten eten. Heel toevallig bleek hij ook nog een paar gravelschoenen in de goede maat te hebben staan. Alles voor zeer acceptabele prijzen. Als we straks zonder problemen weer de berg op kunnen fietsen, zal ik vast nog terugdenken aan de bijzondere werkplaats van La Pindia.

Tommy was so helpful and knowledgeable when we took our Thorn tandem called Edith in having got a serious problem with our chain after 2500kn cycle touring in Spain and Portugal . He got us back on the road and we feel confident now we will catch the ferry home tomorrow and the be able to pedal the last 200 km home to Somerset . Thank you Tommy .

Brilliant experience today. I arrived with a damaged rear rack mounting issue on a fully loaded touring bike and they fixed it quickly and effectively for a very reasonable price. Really appreciated while travelling through Santander. Would absolutely recommend.

We are currently on a world bike tour and chose this shop to service our Chris King bottom brackets - they were crunching like rocks in a blender. Within the first five minutes of being there, we already knew: “This is going to be good.” When we picked up our bikes later the same day, everything was perfect. The bottom brackets had been serviced, cleaned, and lubricated and our bikes were rolling like new again. You can truly feel the passion, expertise, and attention to detail in this shop. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for outstanding bike service.
