Google 2 meses con la bici allí para solucionar un problema de garantía que nunca me han solucionado! Después de tener que andar llamando a la tienda para informarme y yo personalmente hablar con la marca me dicen que no hay ninguna incidencia abierta respecto a la garantía de mi bici y me lo corrobora uno de los trabajadores dias después! 😡 Les pido un informe de lo que se le ha hecho a la bici para llevarla a otra tienda y ahorrar tiempo y me dicen que lo único que han hecho es comprobar los conectores del motor! Todo esto cuando supuestamente habían revisado toda la bici y Yamaha les decía que tenían q hacer una prueba cruzada con otro motor que ellos no tenían para poder aceptar la garantía!! bla bla bla! TODO MENTIRA!2 MESES PARA RECOGER LA BICI IGUAL QUE ESTABA JODIENDOME LAS VACACIONES!!
NO VAYAIS NI COMPREIS NADA ALLI YA QUE CIERRAN A FINAL DE AÑO! SINVERGÜENZAS!!!
Google Dropped my bike and ran into derailleur issues just before IM 70.3 World Championships. Even though they were flat out, Franziska made the time to check and fix my bike to enable me to race. Very, very grateful for the calm and helpful service. Highly recommend.

Hi Steven, I am sorry to hear about your experience. But as you said you had a great day and as you mentioned in the shop yesterday the bike was working very well when you left with it. So there must be happend anything in the meantime. Anyway without knwowing you are having any problem we are not able to help you out.... unfortunately. So a quick call would have avoid that situation. I think it is not fair to put a review like that when you dont even gave us the chance to provide any help.
Google Booked two MTBs for a ride down the coast. Efficient service and bikes were reasonably. Staff helped adjust bikes and inflate tyres. Would definitely use again & recommend.
Google Being Dutch, I of course brought my bike with me to Spain. After some time, it needed a bit of maintenance, and I was really looking for a professional shop with proper mechanics. Thank God I found Bike Base! They ordered the parts I needed and installed them as soon as they arrived. Great service, fair prices, and an even better vibe. I can highly recommend this bike shop!

Google As a bike lover this shop hurts. The bikes are poorly maintained. With a little maintainance and a little effort into setting up the bike for the specific user, the prices could have been reasonable. As this effort is not made at all, it is too expensive. When we complained about the suspension set-up, that was set up for a 120 kg person while the user was under 60 kg, the owner said: normal users don't notice is, so it's fine.
