If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible fitting. 4 cm too short. Blew out my knees and quads. Arrogant and no remorse when confronted. I just wanted it remedied. Ghosted.

Working with Alessandro has been an absolute dream. His 3D bike fitting for my new bike gave me the perfect fit—since then, I haven’t experienced any lower back pain, which used to be a regular issue on almost every ride.

I’ve returned several times to adjust other components like aero bars, cleats, and a new saddle, and Alessandro has always been welcoming, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

Highly recommended! I did a bike fitting here (there's a large studio downstairs) and it was a comprehensive, personal service including cleat positioning, optimal saddle etc. Alex comes across as knowledgeable and carries a lot of experience from running another store in Geneva. I loved the idmatch system! I also ended up browsing the rental bikes out of curiosity (you know, when in Rome...) and they're all Officine Mattio's.

Bonus tip - if you go in for a fit, try to avoid wearing bibs with reflective patches

incredibly friendly and helpful shop owner who was more than willing to help me find the right fitting shoe.

and even though unfortunately i ended up with a pair just ever so slightly to small he was willing to swap out the slightly used pair for a new pair a size bigger. something that he didn’t have to do but did anyways.

A very nice shop in the center of Palma. A stop over is highly recommended.
Professional advices from people knowing about cycling, cyclist too, what makes a huge difference, because they know what they are talking about.
Quality products, from gels/nutrition (226ers), clothing, bikes, bike rental with very nice italian bikes from Officine Mattio :-).
Also a bike fitting from ID Match, which I already did 2 years ago with the shop, so they have my data and details for my bike rental.
Give a stop over, it's worth it!

Magasin idéalement situé à Palma, parfait pour les amateurs de vélo. La location de vélos haut de gamme de la marque Officine Mattio est un véritable plus pour ceux qui recherchent la performance et le confort.

Ce qui m’a particulièrement impressionné, c’est le service personnalisé : ayant réalisé une étude posturale ID Match à Genève, Alessandro a pu récupérer mes données et me configurer un vélo parfaitement adapté à mes mesures dès mon arrivée à Palma.
