Felt unwelcomed in general like we're bothering the guy. We ask if they have bike locks (not a wild assumption in a bike shop) and he replies annoyed 'maybe in another town'. I was confused so just asked if he knows any place we could get it here, says 'very complicated'. Now clearly he didn't wanna help, I get anyone can have a bad day, just surprised for such rudeness for no reason.

Just go to Dr.Bike (Tucano bikes) instead they are really nice and have great stuff.

Have rented here twice (2017 and 2020). Both times got an amazing bike that was very well tuned. Micke and Anders are friendly, well-traveled, and very accommodating. Can highly recommend.

Ich habe gemäß der im Buchungsprozess angeführten Fristen storniert. Nach mehreren Mails, in denen ich immer wieder im Bezug auf die Rückzahlung vertröstet wurde, meldet sich Bikehead überhaupt nicht mehr. Aus meiner Sicht unseriös.

Mike could not have been more accommodating and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy riding in Mallorca, including a chat about rides I had planned and best options as this was my first trip. The bikes were in very good condition and well maintained and very well priced for what we hired. He even loaned me a bike rack to save me having to stack the bikes into the back of a rental. Would highly recommend and when I return to the island I will use Bikehead again.

I hired a Cannondale supersix for a week. Just what I needed. The bike worked well although a few years old it was cheaper to rent than any of the other places I checked. I will definitely hire again if I come back next year.

We rented two bikes for a week. Great bikes in perfect condition that served us well for the entire stay. Prices were surprisingly low. Owner gave good advice for trips. His stock of super-bikes is impressive, and everybody will find a bike matching needs and budget.

We hired three racing bikes for three days from Palma. We had great service. Anders and Micke were extremely helpful and the bikes were in superb condition. Would definitely recommend and I'm sure we will be a repeat customer should we find ourselves in Mallorca again
