You have already posted this misleading review on our TripAdvisor, I have copied and pasted my reply below. We are very disappointed that you feel such a level of malice towards us.

You have told blatant untruths in your review. We did turn up and we did answer the phone and we cannot tolerate your misleading review!

You booked a tour with your partner Daniela for Saturday 15th June. You were informed in advance that the tour was departing at 9.30am. Normally participants would arrive in advance and be ready to depart.
You did not arrive at the bike shop until 9.44am.
You did not contact us to say you would be late.
You booked your tour through a bike shop we deal with.
They booked you in for the above tour with us.
You did not contact them to say you would be late.
Being late and not informing us is a complete lack of respect for everyone concerned.

I turned up on the day in question 15 minutes in advance. We messaged the bike shop owner while we were in the shop to check if you were coming or made contact with him at 9.32am to be precise (time stamp on WhatsApp message) and we left the bike store shortly afterwards.

I answered my phone at 9.45am precisely to be told you had arrived, so to say my phone was off is a blatant lie.
We have lots of participants everyday who arrive on time and make plans with their partners and friends back at their hotels to return at a planned time. Therefore it would be disrespectful of us to delay departure time unnecessarily.
When the store contacted us at 9.45am we politely informed the bike store that we could not turn back that it would be completely unfair to the other participants to delay by a further half hour, 15 minutes to return and 15 more to get back to our current point.

You were treated very well by the bike store, all things considered. They gave you a GPS route, which you claimed to have thoroughly enjoyed. Not only that, they transported you free of charge up into the middle of the island to avoid the early climbs. They devoted 2 additional hours of their time to you free of charge.

We explained all of the above to your partner Daniela via messenger last week, so obviously you still feel aggrieved and have not accepted our truthful explanation.

As a gesture of Goodwill, we had offered you both a complimentary tour in the future on our reply to your untruthful TripAdvisor review so that you could have a true Bueno Bike experience.
However, we are now withdrawing that offer as a result of your behaviour and determination to sully our services on various social media mediums.
