Absolutely exceptional service - this shop goes above and beyond!

I cannot recommend this bike shop highly enough. After attempts at many bike shops in Girona to try and find a specific fork for my bike, I was ready to give up. Either they didn't have it or couldn't be bothered to help me track one down. Even the makers of my bike could not help.

Then I discovered CYCLES17001! Not only were they incredibly friendly and willing to help, but they were incredibly resourceful too. They used their network and connections to actually hunt down the fork I needed - they didn't just shrug and send me away like other shops.
They not only found and installed the fork, but also went ahead and cleaned my entire bike AND charged it up so it was ready to ride when I left. I didn't even ask - they just did it! They also offered to help cut the fork down to size if needed once it arrives.

To top it all off, they invited me on their next group ride. This is what a real community bike shop looks like - people who genuinely care about cyclists and cycling, not just making a sale.

If you're looking for a bike shop that actually cares, has the expertise and connections to solve problems, and treats you like a fellow rider rather than just a customer, this is it!

I had an issue with the stem bolt. Mike’s bikes were amazing. Mike is super nice and Reuben, the mechanic, did a great job sorting out the problem. All the staff were extremely friendly. Well done. I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Very good service. Friendly folks. They washed my bike and fixed my derailleur. Top notch service. They changed my tires on the spot and sent me a whatsapp message when it was ready so I could roam around the city. I definitely recommend !

I’ve reassembled my bike here, also bought some stuff and helmet. He helped me a lot. Since i don’t know Spanish or Catalan, we tried to communicate with English but it was really funny. Now, probably i’ll choose this bike shop fır my next needs 🙌🏻.

Very supportive and kind people at this shop - i finally found some properly fitting road shoes and they did not hesitate to get me a pair of Bonts in my size.
