A huge thank you to Gary and the team for an absolutely fantastic service once again.

Today they managed to sort a problem that two other bike shops had failed to resolve — exactly the kind of expertise and persistence that keeps me coming back. The skill and experience in the workshop is second to none. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and always full of laughs – exactly what you want when you’re handing over something you care about.

Whether you’re in the market for a new bike or need someone to look after your current one, Cyclogical is the place to go. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I can not speak too highly of this place. My other service provider, who shall remain nameless. Had several attempts at resolving an intermittent problem on my bike. Cyclogical found the problem instantly, and brought back the joy of cycling.

We got our E bikes a couple of years ago and we're very pleased,been back to cyclogical to have bikes serviced and with silly little faults, the staff are really lovely, we will go there again when we upgrade our bikes

I was looking for a new e-bike and was indecisive on what to get. I’d heard good reports about Cycological so popped in for a browse. Gary was on hand to share advice and help me by offering various bikes to test ride. I did so, but felt even more confused as each one I tried was excellent! I left to have lunch, no pressure sales at all which is refreshing in itself. I revisited the following day and explained my dilemma again. Well, Gary and Tom both have the patience of a saint!👌🏻They happily guided me again and after more test rides (and testing their patience !) I made a decision.. yay 🤪. I arranged to collect the following day and arrived to find the same warm welcome (and by now a bit of banter was added🤣). Again, Gary took time out to advise on other important bits to ensure I was well prepped for my maiden ride! So, summing up, can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Professional, very helpful and very friendly which made the experience magic. Thank you🥇.

Cycological leverer gode Pinarello-sykler til større grupper. Hyggelige og flinke folk. Om vi skal pirke på en liten ting, er det at de tar betalt for slanger som blir brukt ved punktering. Det bør være inkludert når en leiger ut sykler. Punkteringer oppstår, det vet vi alle. Og da bør utleier se stort på det og ikke ta seg betalt 10 Euro pr slange som er brukt. Ellers er vi svært fornøyd med både hjelp og service. Velger gjerne Cycological igjen.

In over 45 years of cycling, Cycological stands out as one of the best bike shops I've ever encountered. The communication was outstanding, and the team went above and beyond to provide top-notch service.

Gary and his team replaced the wheels on my mountain bike with the new ones I provided, including changing the cassette and brake discs.

Even disposed of the old wheels for me and provided spacers for the brakes, making it easier to transport my bike in the car—small but thoughtful touches.

Friendly, efficient, and highly organized, especially on a busy day before New Year's Eve.

Their professionalism and care truly set them apart. Highly recommended!

Great experience at the new location!

We recently visited the new store and were impressed by the wide selection of models available. The staff provided their advice and were very patient as we tested several bikes to find the perfect fit. Their positive attitude made the whole process enjoyable.

In the end, I purchased one bike and ordered a second for my husband, which will be delivered soon. Both are Lapierre models, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a new bike!

We are very sorry, but We cannot confirm the nice and friendly service. 3 different prices for renting a bike. 1 on telephone. 1 on website. 1 on shop. And an unfriendly reaction when mentioned this. Can happen. Changing the seat by the guests, was also not wished. And even confirmations by email are not valid when guests are then standing in the shop. And our guests had to take a lot of time in the shop for waiting and discussing, because solution orientation is not really installed yet.
But some workers are really nice and helpful. This is 1 star worthy.
Also the bike quality is also 1 star worthy.
But why is here renting a bike more expensive than renting a car?

Lovely bike shop, Lynn and the team were all smiley, happy and helpful.
We hired 2 bikes over 3 days, the quality of the bikes were spot on, no issues whatsoever. It also had a little bag with puncture repair kit etc.
Very very happy would definitely recommend :)) 🚴🏼‍♀️
