This was a five star experience from the booking procedure to final collection! The web booking was easy, questions were answered very quickly and the free delivery to the hotel was brilliant. Many extras were included free of charge - especially your choice of pedals. Echelon went out of their way to get the bike fit correct - even to the extent of taking post hire feedback to make the next fit even better. When my tubeless tyre suffered a puncture it was replaced within a couple of hours. I particularly liked the routes that were created for me - being a sole rider and new to this part of the island. The cycling down here is amazing - a hidden gem! I took the opportunity to buy some Echelon bibbed shorts - excellent choice of kit. In summary, if you’re looking to hire a bike in Mallorca don’t go anywhere else - five star throughout!! Well done - I wish you every success!

Absolute Empfehlung! Super freundliche und herzliche Beratung, unglaublich geduldig und es wurde sich viel Zeit für uns genommen. Die Fahrräder und das Equipment waren in einem top Zustand. Highly, highly recommend Dima and the team at Echelon! He guided me on a So Colabra ride which was amazing! Rented a Scott road e-bike which was in amazing condition and made 5000 feet of climbing achievable. Then rented city e-bikes so I could ride with a friend and the bikes were great- perfect condition and easy to ride for country roads and small towns. Will be back to Echelon next time I’m in Mallorca.

Wir haben im Juni 2 Ebikes gemietet. Top Zustand. Top Service. Auch deutschsprachig. Wären auch in der Lage Gepäck zu befördern, die Reise zu planen und bei einer Panne zu kommen. Die Räder wurden kostenfrei ins Hotel geliefert. Sehr große Werkstatt.
Am Stadtrand von Palma aber gut zu erreichen.
Können eine ganze Radreise planen.

The quality of the rental bikes was outstanding: clean, perfectly maintained, professionally set up, and genuinely confidence-inspiring from the first kilometer. My rental bike felt dialed in better than my own - shifting, braking, fit, and overall preparation. Attention to details is unbeatable.

The service was incredible as well. Bike delivery made the whole experience effortless, and the team handled every detail with real attention and care. Sehr guter Fahrradvermietung. Die Räder wurden wie gebucht pünktlich geliefert und auch wieder abgeholt. Die Kommunikation dabei lief sehr gut. Die Fahrräder waren nach unseren Vorangaben eingestellt. Lediglich am Sattel haben wir noch eine Feinjustierung vorgenommen. Wir konnten direkt losfahren! Die Fahrräder waren in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir hatten absolut keine Probleme bei unseren Touren. Auch sonst haben wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall dort wieder Fahrräder mieten!

Excellent service renting premium bikes. The whole process of selecting the bikes and having them correctly fitted was seamless. The bikes were superb to ride, and the delivery service spot on. Echelon are simply the best bike rental service out there for top quality bikes.
