Nos encantó el trato de los dueños. Tienen variedad de bicis y están pendientes de lo que necesites. Mi pareja y yo alquilamos una bici eléctrica y otra normal y las usamos durante todo un día. Funcionaron perfectamente sin percances. Muy recomendable

I’ve been going to lanzarote for over 20 years & I’ve always gone to Fariones Rent a bike to get my mountain bike. I’ve just been there on holidays & once again I went to get my bike from Diego. He was a pleasure to deal with, very professional & nothing was a problem. He gave me his mobile in case I needed to contact him at any stage. If it happened I was a bit late all I had to do was text him & he’d wait for me. The prices are very competitive & good value. I highly recommend Fariones Rent a bike & will definitely be going back to Diego when I return. Thank you Diego. Hope to see you soon

My family and I have been holidaying in Lanzarote for 20yrs now, and have been using this bike rental shop for the past 5yrs, since we began coming to stay in this area of Puerto del Carmen for our annual visit. I can only highly recommend their friendly, efficient and great value service! I love cycling daily, so usually take a bike for myself for the week, while my wife and two children will also rent bikes for at least a day or two, for some family cycling trips. The location is also great, very close to the start of the promenade cycle path, so you can get the most out of that superb amenity. We've never had any issue with any bikes from this shop, but even if we had, Diego provides a wonderful personal service, and checks in by follow-up text message, so that you can then easily contact him back directly if you did happen to have any problem, which gives great peace of mind. For as long as we stay visiting Puerto del Carmen, I'll always be renting our bikes from here!

We hired 4 bikes from Diego and he was so accommodating. Excellent customer service and really reasonable prices. He even came into work early so we could collect the bikes before it got too hot for our bike ride! I would definitely recommend and we will be going back to hire bikes from him again.

Stumbled across this shop as the one we headed for was closed due to holidays.
That said we couldn't have been happier as the level of service and care was second to none.
Bikes did exactly what was expected... My wife rarely cycles... I used to a lot but not so much recently so we opted for two bikes and took the cycle path from the shop to Costa teguise... Think it was 50k there and back. Diego messaged to make sure we were okay and again as I told him we would return for 5pm when they close... But the lure of sightseeing and beer stops delayed us. His care and communication was second to none and if we return would only hire from them again. Brilliant service and a top guy... His baby son was there learning the ropes at only a few months old... Pleasure to meet him too... 👍😉😊

Ich habe zusammen mit einem Freund ein E-Bike vor Ort gemietet.
Wir kamen spontan dorthin, als sie gerade öffneten und es waren direkt 2 Fahrräder frei.
Lauren und Luca leiten den Laden zusammen und sind unglaublich sympathisch. Sehr freundlich, ehrlich und aufgeschlossen. Wir haben uns direkt sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Unsere Route haben wir nach La Santa (Westküste) geplant, wofür die Akkus auf jeden Fall ausreichen, wenn man nicht durchgehend auf vollster Stufe fahren möchte.
Die beiden haben aber auch andere tolle Routen, die sie empfehlen können. Dabei sind auch Insider-Infos dabei, die sehr hilfreich sind.

Passende Helme und gute Schlösser mit Schlüssel waren mit dabei. Auch Probleme konnten schnell geklärt und behoben werden.

Pro Person haben wir für einen Tag 25€ plus 25€ Kaution gezahlt, die man direkt zurück bekommt. Mit Karte dauert es ein wenig länger.
Bucht man 2 Tage oder länger, erhält man einen Mengenrabatt.

Jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen. Ein wirklich sehr guter Service.
Sollte ich wieder mal auf Lanzarote sein, ist das meine erster Stopp.

We hired 2 adults and 2 kids bikes for the day and cycled as far as Playa Honda and back. Kids loved it. Lauren gave us a great service and was lovely to deal with. Our kids tried a number of bikes in the shop in order to find one they felt the most comfortable with.Would definitely recommend their friendly service and Lauren was so lovely and helpful.

Was a pity to have such a poor hire experience as the staff were lovely. We hired a couple of touring bikes with a view to cycling to Arreciffe. We didn't get there. The first bike s rear tire gave out while still in Puerto and the man running the shop very kindly cycled out with the a spare bike. These things happen and we appreciated him putting it right.

The front tyre on the second bike went near the airport with a bang that sounded like a pistol shot. We walked back to a cycle shop who luckily had the right sized inner tube in. This took a bit of time to replace. The guy at this shop pointed out that the tyre was worn out and would go again in a matter of days.

We cycle a fair bit at home and when on holiday. We've never had an experience like this, but then we get our bikes maintained. We highlighted the issues with the tyres and another with the brakes. Really these are things that a bike hire place should be picking up. We also should have checked, but were relying on the assumption that the bikes would be maintained.

Not best pleased to have our trip cut short. The bike hire was cheaper than other places so we did not bother asking for a partial refund. However, if hiring from here, do ask when the bike was maintained and give it a visual inspection.

We rented two bikes for the day for something to do as it was cloudy. we had a fantastic time in Costa teguise where we stopped for lunch and a swim. The owners were lovely and they helped plan our day trip which made it so much more enjoyable. Will definitely be visiting again when we’re back next year!

Great guy to deal with and extremely helpful. Bikes in exellent condition and cheap to hire. Previous reviews are spot on. Recommend the 29" wheel mountain bike, it's good for dirt track and also easy to use around town. I rented a bike from here in Feb 2020

UPDATE...revisited this place in Feb '22 to rent a bike again. Found that it is now under new ownership but the service and bike hire prices are still excellent. The lady owner was a pleasure to deal with as I changed bike types mid use without fuss.

A great place to rent bikes at very reasonable rates.

Great service! Lauren was so nice to call and arrange a biketrailer for my child to sit in. Rented the combo (bike +trailer) for 2 days, but due to the hot weather returned the same day and got the 2nd day paid back. So nice and really good prices! And around the corner the bikelane starts along the seaside. Another big plus!

Luca e Laurel sono due ragazzi davvero simpatici, cordiali e molto disponibili.
Ci mettono tanta energia e passione nello svolgere il loro lavoro di organizzare escursioni e noleggio biciclette.
Infatti, grazie ai loro consigli, io e il mio ragazzo siamo riusciti a provare non solo le migliori escursioni a Lanzarote (Surf, guida del Buggy del deserto, Isla Graciosa,...) ma anche i migliori cibi, vini e ristoranti anche tipici di questa bellissima isola. Inoltre ci hanno indicato luoghi caratteristici di tutta Lanzarote che senza di loro non avremmo mai conosciuto perché non presenti su internet.
Siamo stati davvero molto fortunati a trovarli, la migliore agenzia di tutti i nostri viaggi! :)
