Mi hijo pagó por una hora y a la media hora le echaron para dentro me llamó pero el chico ya habia cerrado, se aprovecho de el por ser pequeño

after viewing the cctv of that day. your son was driving along a road and not the promenade.he was warned twice but continued. we pride ourselves on kids safety. after warning him he refused to go back on the promenade. so our boss decided it safest to refuse him any more rides and we had to take back the go kart for his safety. and hence loses his rental fee. While most parents fully agree with our terms, there are some parents who see otherwise. We have not had an accident for the 18 years i have owned the shop...........lets keep it this way.

Fuera de verano, cierra a las 20h00, en verano a las 21h00. No se pueden sacar los vehículos del Arenal, reduciendo mucho su disfrute.

Would you like us to open 24/ 7 for you. vehicles need lights after dark, which we dont recommend. take your kids on a bike ride at midnight in javea and you will understand

This is the 3rd time i asked google to delete your reviews without proof. But this one remains.....i cant review our cctv without you being clear about date and time. As your other 2 reviews slander my staff and shop i have no option but to forward the footage to the guardia civil.

My husband and I hired an electric scooter each....."First timers" ... The owner was really helpful, and explained everything to us.
We then had a really good fun time going along the front to the port end, then back around the marina...
Thoroughly recommend the place. Thanks

Very disappointed by service here, especially given the positive reviews. We had planned a cycling day around the area and came the day before to the shop to reserve 2 mountain bikes. We were told by the people working there we'd have them the next day no problem. When we came to get them the next day, a different person working there tells us there's only one available because we didn't pay a deposit. No apologies, nothing, just said "everyone comes here asking to rent a bike but noone pays deposit" basically complaining that we hadn't paid the day before.

Definitely avoid, there are other places to rent bikes with much friendlier staff and better organised

sorry you were upset. but like any bike rental shop to reserve a bike you need to pay a deposit. you need a reciept that you paid a deposit....you did not have one. so staff followed the shop protocol.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

EDIT: THE REPLY FROM THE OWNER IS FALSE, AND SO CRUEL, I NEVER ‘CRASHED INTO THE WALL’. Replying 5 years later with a response that if purely false is all you need to know about this place.

I decided that I wanted a hoverboard-bike, however, the worker said it was complicated and quite difficult to ride. When I told him that I had been on one before, he didn’t believe me!!
We went back later that afternoon, and he said that it was charging up, so we would have to come back the next day.
When we arrived, he told us that it was complicated again, and we said that I had been on one before, but he STILL didn’t believe me!
Eventually he agreed for me to ride on it - but I had to do a test first. I can understand this though.
I did the test and I personally thought that I didn’t do anything wrong. The worker there said that I COULDN’T go on it, as I apparently wasn’t safe!
This wasn’t a good experience and I would NOT recommend coming here. He even made me cry!

the shop staff reviewed the cctv coverage and we cracked up laughing. olive had never used one before as she had no idea how to use it and plowed straight into the shop wall. you forgot to mention she burst into tears as she realised how difficult it was to drive after hitting the wall. if you had said she had never used one before , we give them a test.....she failed miserably

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! We tried their service twice, and some other friends did too... What a mistake. Every single time it's been a horrible experience, with stealing stuff from us,not delivering the agreed service and having the worst service you can imagine. On top of that PLEASE have a look at the picture they have at their door. They don't allow babies inside becaude they Cry!!

Great activity which is well priced. 7 of us went for 1 hour of electric scooter and bikes. Scooted right up the coastal path and back. Very fun way to see the front.

My husband who has a crutch due to a recent operation went into the shop to inquire about bike hire, the owner looked him up and down and sneered if it's for you then the answer is no, my husband calmly told him he is very capable of riding a bike and can walk upto 5 miles a day but the owner wasn't interested, my husband came out extremely upset as we have come across such discrimination before, I went back in to calmly complain and was told by the owner that he does not hire bike's to cripples and to get out of his shop and never come back, well he really does not have to worry we shall never return.

you need to be fully able bodied to rent a bike. Insurance purposes forbid coverage for disabled people. its common sense. plus i was interupted playing fortnite

I really recommend the scooters. I hired one for an hour and was able to go to the port and back. A great way to see the lovely coast and have some fun :-)
