Una auténtica decepción. No recomiendo esta tienda.
Compro el 7 de mayo, en su web claramente entrega en 24/48 horas o, si no hay stock, máximo 10 días.

La bicicleta me llega 21 días ,y para colmo, no era el modelo que pedí. Contacto con el comercial, Álex, quien hasta ese momento había sido muy simpático... pero en cuanto aparece el problema, deja de responder llamadas y mensajes.

Llamo a la tienda y me atiende Luis, el dueño, que me dice: “Cualquier problema, llámame”. Sin embargo, tras esa conversación, nunca más volvió a cogerme el teléfono.

Sigo insistiendo y consigo hablar con Isabel, madre de Luis, que me asegura que va a presionar para que recojan la bicicleta equivocada. Gracias a ella, finalmente, 13 días después, pasa SEUR a recogerla.

En ese momento me dicen que hasta que no reciban la bici, no envían la correcta. Ellos reciben la bicicleta un martes, les pido que por favor la envíen ya, pero aun así tardan 7 días más en hacerlo.

En total, desde el día de la compra hasta recibir la bici correcta, han pasado 41 días. Una auténtica vergüenza.

Y no acaba ahí. Ellos aseguran que te entregan la bici ajustada, con la suspensión calibrada y las ruedas tubelizadas. Mentira. La bici llega sin sacar de la caja, sin ajustar nada, ni suspensión ni ruedas. Todo lo que prometió Álex durante la venta fue simplemente mentira.

Tras toda esta odisea, la única “compensación” fue un maillot de 20 €, que sinceramente no cubre en absoluto el maltrato y la falta de profesionalidad.

En resumen, una experiencia pésima, un servicio postventa inexistente, y una gestión llena de mentiras, excusas y cero responsabilidad. En cuanto aparece un problema, desaparecen.
No recomiendo esta tienda a nadie.

Ich bin hoch begeistert von meinem neuen Bike! Nach sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Beratung von Sergio, fiel es mir sehr leicht ihm zu vertrauen !!
Hochflexibel hat er und sein Mechaniker, mir das Rad umgebaut, da mir die Farbkombinationen nicht gefallen hatte ! In der Zwischenzeit von ein paar Tagen durfte ich mit einem bike aus ihrer Leih Flotte schon die Insel durchdüsen!!😂😂 ich fühle mich super gut aufgehoben und als Kunde wirklich König! Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz an einer Stelle ist dort noch zu finden!!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼

Wir hatten eine Fahrradpanne (ein Reifen war platt). Der Mitarbeiter hat alles stehen gelassen und hat das Rad spontan repariert. Der Preis war meiner Meinung nach absolut angemessen.
Super nett und hilfsbereit.
Insgesamt macht das Geschäft einen sehr sauberen guten Eindruck. Die Pedalecs, die dort zum Verkauf stehen sind alle sehr hochwertig.

Sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und fachlich sehr gut. Habe zwei E Bikes der Marke Grace mit Nabenschaltung und Zahnriemen zur Inspektion abgegeben, neue Bremsbeläge vor und hinten, neue Schläuche und Decken. Die Räder sind wie neu, besser geht nicht und dabei noch ganz normale Preise.
