Highly recommend!! My husband and I took my in-laws who are in their mid 70s on a week-long self-guided cycle tour of the Murcia region. We rented 4 e-bikes, carried our own luggage, and started and finished in Orihuela, where the rental bikes were delivered and picked up for us by Lammertink. Our experience with this company exceeded expectations. Communication was great, efficient, and the process of renting bikes in a foreign country to us was incredibly smooth. All of the bikes were in excellent condition and were some of the highest quality e-bikes we’ve ever ridden. The tires equipped were all well suited for cycle touring in Spain on back roads and cycle paths. We had no mechanical problems and we appreciated that they gave us keys to the batteries which made charging at night easier at times depending on hotel bike storage situation. We would highly recommend this company to others and would love to be a returning customer in the future.

Si vous voulez louer un vélo de route, certes correct, mais payer 100 euro/jour, voire plus, vous êtes au bon endroit chez Lammertink Bikes. Ils sont plus chers qu'à Monaco ou à Nice...pourtant c'est la Costa Blanca. Et lorsque je lance une discussion sur le prix demandé, c'est comme si je les avais insulté. Un vélo qui se vends 3000 euro ou même moins sur internet et qui coûte plus cher qu'une voiture à la location, il semble normal de se poser des questions, d'en parler au loueur. Mais leur arrogance, confirmée par leurs réponses sur les avis Google reçus est carrément surprenante à l'heure des réseaux sociaux. Le client n'est pas roi, mais sans client/pas de commerce, un bon deal implique que les 2 partis soient satisfaits, et il devrait toujours y avoir une écoute et une considération pour l'opinion d'une clientèle. En conclusion: cher, pas sympa, aucune place à la négociation même si l'argumentation tient la route....65 euro/jour plus quelques indispensables extras (pédales, etc....) deviennent vite plus de 100 euro/jour....cher payé pour louer un vélo moyen de gamme pour une journée.....

Always well prepped bikes, I would normally chose to travel with my bike but having used Lammertink bikes initially years ago I no longer take my bike when we head to the house in Spain, I’ve had various models from them over the years and each have been well set up, quick and easy collection etc

Twee fietsen gekocht goede uitleg gekregen vriendelijke personeel, en al gemerkt na ons telefoontje na verkoop zeer snelle service stonden dadelijk paraat en geholpen met een probleem, waren dag er na dadelijk ter plaatsen om het probleempje op te lossen met een glimlach. Zeker een aanrader om daar de fietsen te kopen

Zeer goede fietsen (nieuw)
Het onthaal kon iets vriendelijker (een glimlach maakt een wereld van verschil ) en een woordje uitleg aangaande accessoires, routes zou zeker een pluspunt zijn
Wij hebben 1 route gedaan (van de 4 beschikbare) en deze was niet echt geschikt voor ontspannen rijden (één klein stukje zelfs verboden voor fietsers) , deze voerde ons vooral langs de grote wegen (CV-…). We hebben uiteindelijk zelf een route uitgestippeld langs de kleinere straten van de urbanisaties. Hier kan meer mee gedaan worden.

Fietsen geboekt maar vanwege noodweer in heel Allicante (okt 25) was het onverantwoord en te gevaarlijk om te fietsen (waarschuwing vanuit overheid!). Gebeld om te annuleren (overmacht!), wil in 1ste instantie niks doen, gooit hoorn erop, daarna wordt niet meer opgenomen. Ik krijg na zijn sms, wel 80% terugbetaald (waarom geen 100%?). Kortom empathisch vermogen cq klantvriendelijkheid of gezond ondernemersverstand richting toekomstige boekingen (ik woon hier): 0,00. Wat een ondernemer.

Tevreden met de fietsen. Helaas een zeer onaangename ervaring. Het betreft de retour van de fietsen. Akkoord, wij komen slechts aan om 18:00. Last minute. Om 18:03 spreekt de manager ons aan en rekent ons 30 Euro boete aan! Kan je dit geloven?
