Alquilé una bici eléctrica. Súper bien, la bici fenomenal. También me dejaron portamóvil para el manillar y unas correas para sujetar mi mochila a la bici. Se ofrecieron a dejarme casco y otra batería, todo incluido en el precio (55€ por 2 días).
Si vuelvo a Palma, repito seguro. Gracias, Óscar!!

Impoluto servicio y trato de Oscar! Bicis en perfecto estado, prácticamente nuevas, con candado y muy cómodas para moverse por la ciudad. Sin duda repetiremos cada año en la Copa del Rey de vela!

Alquilamos dos Giant TCR .El día señalado teníamos listas las bicicletas con las medidas que le habíamos proporcionado. Buena atención y asesoramiento en cuanto a rutas. Volvería a repetir.

Alex is the man! He was nice, accommodating, and a genuinely nice human. He set me up with the bike, shoes and cleats, a helmet, and a bottle. I had a great time riding! The location is a bit tricky to find, but Google maps does have it accurately. 10/10 recommend renting here!

Great customer service, great bike, amazing ride. I hired a Giant Defy for a day. Arranging the hire was easy and the guy at MCS was really helpful in setting up the bike to my requirements. The bike was in perfect condition and obviously well maintained. And the routes on Mallorca are amazing. I would recommend riding the Ma10 from Andratx to Soller for the views and hills - it's a great day.

I had an issue with my e-bike as the chain had come off the drive. Mallorca Cycling Station helped me incredibly quickly and efficiently. The owner was very friendly, knowledgeable, and immediately got my bike back in perfect working order. The service was outstanding, and I can highly recommend Mallorca Cycling Station. Really can’t recommend. We had a bad experience and still have not gotten fully refunded our money.

EDIT:
Thank you for clarifying your point of view and thank you for acknowledging some issues.
The real issue with the whole transaction is though, that we paid for a service that was in our opinion not delivered.

The reason why we think we didn't receive the service we paid for is that we came to the realisation on day one of renting the bikes, that this is not working out due to some issues with them. We also let you know along the way that we had some issues, we even had to come back in the beginning of day one due to a loose handlebar. We didn't ride those bikes for several days like you are writing, we in fact brought them back as soon as possible.

Another big issue is that after we agreed on a partial refund, which after our bike trip to Mallorca was pretty much ruined, in my opinion is the least you could have done. But unfortunately you decided not to go along with our agreement and also decided to ignore my attempts of contacting you.

Are you that surprised that I wasn't going to write you a good review after the treatment I got from you?
I can't recommend your cycling station, this is my opinion and I am entitled to write that. There is no wrong fact included I did not tell any lies. I can prove everything.

You then decided to react again after you saw the review and even contacted me via email asking me to take that review down in exchange for the refund. I bet google will support that kind of behaviour. Still you are withholding part of the refund until I take this review down. This is not how this review system is working. And the icing on the cake is to threaten me with charges. It is beyond my imagination how you could think this is the right way to handle this situation. If you want to keep the money, fine. I will not be bribed to take a review down.

We appreciate all customer feedback and take it seriously as we continuously strive to improve our services. However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding your recent reviews.

Each of our bicycles is less than a year old and receives regular maintenance to ensure they are in optimal condition. We understand that there may be some unexpected events or failures. In that case, our first priority is always to compensate the customer in some way, but I'm sure you will understand we don't work for free. Additionally, every rental includes an emergency repair kit for punctures, which was used during your rental period.

We acknowledge that there were some issues with your experience, which is why we promptly offered a partial refund and covered repair costs at any shop on the island. Our goal was to find a fair resolution for both parties. However, we cannot accommodate a full refund request, especially given that you and your companion were able to enjoy multiple days of cycling.

While we respect every customer’s right to share their experience, we believe that reviews should reflect genuine and fair feedback. However, when you realised you were in such a great position, you asked for a full refund of the two reservations although you and your friend were several days enjoying cycling all over the island. We just want to let you know that we're not interested in any kind of extortion from customers in exchange for reviews. We have reported the threats and demands for additional money to Google and we will pursue legal action.
