Highest quality of service and really friendly members of staff! Before I took the bike I they made sure it was set up as close to my bike fit data which was so helpful.

I reserved a Ridley Fenix for 3 days. Great service that I was allowed to pick it up the evening before. However, during the first ride I noticed that the bottom bracket was making a cracking sound and that the brake pads were worn, resulting in a terrible sound and a dangerous reduction of braking ability. Again great service that the same evening a replacement bike was brought to my house. The next day, during my descent of Los Reales, I noticed immediately that also this bike showed worn brakes. Metal on metal. Terrible sound. Reduced braking ability. Dangerous. Unacceptable. This was the fourth time I rented a bike with you. Previous bikes were fine but this time you gave me material below quality standards.

Great service, and a gravel bike was really useful for the steep climbs in the area.
