I hired two bikes from here, one road and one gravel bike. I took the gravel to the top of Hacha Grande, (hikabiking route Only) Great bikes and good service. Fully recommend.

Great people. Really made my vacation. I rented a road bike for 3 days and these guys could not have been more helpful and friendly. Pedals, pump and repair kit included. Even set the bike up to my bike fit report from home. Wonderful service.

Fantastic services! I would go back without hesitation!
I Rented a mtb for 2 days, and I got very good advices on the trails.
I also did a guided tour on the road. That was amazing! High range bike (Berria mounted with sram axs), visited some nice routes, local places and got several tips for my stay there.
The staff is very nice as well.

On 3/19/24 we walked in this store looking for a jersey top and shorts. The gentleman was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, he didn’t have the size that we needed so he gave us directions to go to other Papagayo Bike store after the church. He allowed me to use the bathroom too.

The two men in the 2nd store nearer Playa Blanca were both unfriendly and impolite. The one on the left of the counter was worse in demeanor than the one who handed us the size that fits.

Owners or staff, those in sales and any business should have customer orientation and pleasant personality who at the very least nods to acknowledge our presence vs. making us feel like unwelcome ghosts.

When we went back to ask why we were charged €65 for each piece when the nice person in the first store said €60, we were simply told that the former made a mistake.
