The service at PM Elektro is quite simply first class. I took my bike in for service and it also had a badly buckled front wheel. PM provided an excellent solution with a second hand wheel, which obviously saved me money. The service was superb and the bikes now runs more smoothly than it did when it was brand new. The overall service was polite, efficient, fast and competitively priced. Definitely worth checking out PM if you require servicing, repairs, new bikes, electric bikes, spares or solar solutions.

Ich habe mir vor drei Wochen – trotz Coronakrise – ein Switzz-Bike bei PM-Elektromobile online bestellt. Letzten Freitag wurde es dann wie versprochen direkt zu mir nach Hause geliefert.
Eine fachmännische, kompetente und äußerst freundliche Beratung und Instruktion, zur Bedienung und Handhabung des Bikes etc., erhielt ich alles via Telefon –und E-Mail-Kontakt.
Hat alles wunderbar und wie versprochen geklappt. Bin total happy! :-)

I found PM Electro Mobile through a recommendation on Facebook,
Matthews picked up our scooter and fixed it, then when we had another two small issues with it, he popped over and fixed it under warranty and on his own time and hard work.
He is kind and diligent and hard working.
Plus he has a really cute chihuahua.
Definitely a full 5 stars
