Great service from Maria and Gary at Pro Bici. Rented a Scott Pro Disc for 6 days. The bike was delivered to my hotel fully set up to my dimensions ready to roll. Will be using Pro Bici on my next visit to Lanzarote for sure.

Very pro team, very welcoming. Maria is very friendly and will find what you need. Rental Bikes always ready when we arrive, tuned with our measures. I totally recommend Pro Bici if you are a serious riser or if you want gear or just rent a bike to cruise.

My bike had a two year old service at Pro Bici. The wheels needed rebuilding as the spokes had gone rusty. Pro Bici sourced some new better spokes from Germany and now all is shiny and new. I also had a coat of Pro Team hydrophobic coating applied so now less cleaning is required. It’s lovely and shiny. Then new bar tape and brake blocks and all parts lubricated. It’s like having a new bike again. And all done with a smile from the knowledgeable and friendly team at Pro Bici. Thanks very much.

One stop shop for bike hire in Lanzarote. I emailed ahead of my first Ironman to reserve a bike (pictured). The staff are awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They even cheered me on during my event as the run loop went past their shop.. 3 times. Reccomend this shop 100%. Thanks again!

Refus total de nous louer deux vélos, antipathique, aucun effort non plus pour parler en espagnol, au client de s'adapter. On voyait qu'on l'embêtait. Nous souhaitions faire une balade d'une heure et demi, il était 11h30 et elle souhaitait fermer à 16h donc a refusé de louer, disant qu'on ne serait jamais de retour à temps. Pourquoi ouvrir si c'est pour envoyer ses clients balader ?!

Great service, I rented 2 bikes for me and my girlfriend for 5 days, bikes were in great condition no problems atall, we road them everyday. Maria is really friendly and picked the bikes up from our accommodation at the end as well. Great communication through emails intially and then through phone. Good advice on where to cycle as well. It's a shop for cyclists. This is the third time I have rented from here and I will be renting from here again next year. We also rented 4 more bikes later in the holiday for the rest of the group and they were all in great condition no problems. All carbon fibre Scott Addict road bikes. I rent bikes regularly on holidays and would recommend this shop for if you are staying on Lanzarote.

Unfortunately, it was not possible to pick up the bike on Saturday evening or on Sunday as it was booked and confirmed. The process of getting the bike needed a lot of time, so I missed my cycling group. Maria was friendly but seemed to be stressed and unorganized. She promised a Scott bike and I get another one, which had a loose spoke the next day. I wrote a lot of emails and called several times to find out where and when I can get the bike. The information on the website is misleading and Maria never called back despite her promises. In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend to rent a bike there. One needs a lot of time, many emails and a lot of phone calls. One star is for the saddle, which was perfectly adjusted directly.
