Great service from Maria and Gary at Pro Bici. Rented a Scott Pro Disc for 6 days. The bike was delivered to my hotel fully set up to my dimensions ready to roll. Will be using Pro Bici on my next visit to Lanzarote for sure.

We wanted to go on a bike ride very spontaneously and there were no bikes left. But that didn't matter because the staff took great care of us for the next day and provided us with two bikes. Super Service! Everything was totally friendly and absolutely recommended.

Refus total de nous louer deux vélos, antipathique, aucun effort non plus pour parler en espagnol, au client de s'adapter. On voyait qu'on l'embêtait. Nous souhaitions faire une balade d'une heure et demi, il était 11h30 et elle souhaitait fermer à 16h donc a refusé de louer, disant qu'on ne serait jamais de retour à temps. Pourquoi ouvrir si c'est pour envoyer ses clients balader ?!
