This was my 3rd time renting the same bike from here in the last 2 years. Ideally located across from Cabot Pollensa Park. Great to have the benefit of a light road bike frame, whilst having the cheaper alternative with a straight bar as mostly renting for fun. Guys are helpful & communicative. I’m sure I’ll return yet again :)

Used many times and twice in the last year, booked again for October. The last bikes we had were spot on and virtually brand new when we collected them. I needed a couple of tweaks and the guys in the shop were happy to sort me out. Happy to recommend.

Bruce and the team at Pro Cycle Hire were excellent.

A couple Canadians on our first trip to Mallorca and they made everything easy. Serious cyclists working there, great advice, and they clearly care about the customer experience.

Top class bikes, tuned perfectly. Stretch for the SRAM Colnago if you can. Once in a lifetime trip, worth it.

Good on-bike nutrition for sale onsite. Best part, cafe and bar attached to the shop.

Highly recommend Pro Cycle Hire for serious cyclists or casual riders heading to Mallorca.

Shout out to Bruce - the hero we all need. Came to my rescue with a cleat bolt - free of charge when I stumbled in requesting one. Its the little things that matter - looked a great place to meet and drink - sadly only found it on the last day - however - Bruce - excellent service!!!!

Reserved bikes with a very nice colleague, but when picking them up another guy was very rude, bikes were not there and even though we kept being nice, he was incredibly rude.

I left my Garmin sensors on the hire bike. Unfortunately, after I returned the bike, the shop didn’t reply to any emails or phone calls. Sure, it’s my own fault, but the service was still very poor. The staff were also very unfriendly in general. Only the bikes were OK.

I hired a Colnago for a five day club cycling holiday. On the first morning they were reticent to lower my saddle after I said it was too high and also said they were unable to adjust the handle bar height which was around 10cm lower than I asked for. The result was, after two days riding, my holiday was over with achilles tendon damage. I flew home early and have weeks of rehabilitation ahead of me. Their passing words were "better luck next time".

Annoyingly, they did have a second bike allocated to me, which was much more comfortable, but they had not messaged me to say so before the damage had been done.

Overall, this is a poor bike rental shop. We did not receive the bikes we had rented on site. The product information on the website does not match and the pictures cannot be trusted. The sales pictures show, among other things, carbon wheels, but in reality the bike has heavy aluminum wheels. We tried to get the bikes we originally rented, which we had already paid for, and we emailed the store manager to ask when we could come to the store to pick up the correct bikes, but he didn't respond to us. We also asked the mechanic at the rental shop why we had not been informed that we would not receive the bikes we had rented but some other bikes with inferior parts, to which the mechanic replied rudely that he did not need to inform us of anything.
