Se nota que os apasiona lo que hacéis!!

La verdad es que pensé que sería todo mucho más complicado, y para nada.

Ya lo estoy recomendando para que amigos que van por allí, alquilen las bicis en vuestra tienda!!

Vengo a Corralejo varias veces al año y desde el principio siempre he alquilado las bicicletas con ellos. Tanto Yeray como su compañero tienen las bicicletas en perfecto estado y el trato con ellos siempre ha sido excepcional, seguiré haciéndolo con ellos en mis próximas visitas.

La chica que me ha atendido en la Origo Mare hotel es muy amable y además de mostrarme los precios y las diferentes opciones me ha regalado un mapa con las rutas y consejos y restaurantes donde ir. He alquilado dos bicicletas y mi esposa y yo estamos muy contentos por el servicio ofrecido.

Malas formas de hablar al cliente además de que me han vendido una cámara de bicicleta que no tiene el miston habitual y no me sirve me quería cobrar 5 euros que es lo que vale la cámara por el montaje no lo recomiendo para nada encima mal trato al cliente

PER CARITÀDIDDIO.

Siamo arrivati alle ore 11:30 con l’intenzione di noleggiare due biciclette. Eravamo già passati qualche giorno prima e avevamo parlato con un commesso italiano, in lingua italiana, quindi non potevano esserci incomprensioni. Abbiamo atteso che servissero altri clienti fino alle 12:40, momento in cui il commesso ci ha finalmente ricevute e, con grande sconcerto, ci ha comunicato che non c’erano biciclette disponibili per il noleggio.

Non è affatto chiaro per quale motivo non ci abbia chiesto subito se fossimo in fila con una prenotazione o semplicemente per informazioni. In ogni caso siamo rimaste molto deluse, anche perché alle 13:00 tutti i servizi di noleggio chiudono e, trattandosi dell’ultimo giorno di vacanza, non avremmo più avuto la possibilità di fare il giro che avevamo programmato.

NB: incredibile che all’interno del negozio ci fossero tante bici disponibili, ma nessuna di queste disponibili poiché a detta sua non fossero registrate nel sistema.
Un po’ più di attenzione, per favore. SVEGLIA !!!! 💤⏰⏰⏰⏰⏰😴😴😴😴

E bikes have seen the best days. Perhaps the handover could be smoother, e.g. adjusting seat etc without having to ask.

Affordable prices, but remember to take receipt when paying the 10 eur reserve fee. We did not get our money back as it was not marked to the reservation and we did not get a receipt.

Good bike rental, including helmet and lock. Many bike types. Large size mountain bike was 19 euros for 24 hour rental as of Sept 2025. Staff was very mixed, as one lady was very nice and helpful, and the other man was a bit apathetic. Bike condition was good but not great, which seems common for this area. Good tires and disc brakes, but cheap plastic pedals needed to be replaced. I would rent here again.

I went to their website, changed the language to English, but the booking form still remained in Spanish. I wanted to book a city e-bike, was able, with my limited knowledge of Spanish, to see that the bike I wanted was available. I did not complete the booking however, because I was stil uncomfortable booking in Spanish, went to the shop on foot (20 min). The bicycles that were standing outside of the shop all showed a lot of rust, not a good sign, but they were regular bikes, not e-bikes, so I decided to go in anyways, hoping the e-bikes would be in better shape, only to be told, the bike I wanted was not available. I asked for alternatives, was offered an MTB (which I didn't need), only to be told that one was also not available. When asked when either one of them would be available, I was told : the next day. When I wanted to book however, I was told, they would only be available in 2 days, later on, only in 4 days. So I walked back another 20 minutes. If you want to improve your daily step goal ProAction Bike Rent Fuerteventura is the way to go. If you actually need an E-Bike, I would not recommend them

I had an amazing experience with ProAction Bike Rent in Fuerteventura. Javier was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the start. The road bikes were absolutely spectacular, perfect for exploring the whole island, not just Corralejo. Javier even recommended great routes around Fuerteventura. And when we couldn’t return the bikes on time, he kindly offered to pick them up from our place as he was near by. Highly recommended!

Prima e-mountainbike, we hebben de vulkaanroute gevolgd naar El Cotillo en langs de kust terug. De moeite waard (zowel fiets als route).
