I have been using the Unit 1 Faro helmet for many years and once the first one had a little issue the guys at Unit 1 without any hiccup replaced it. It’s the best helmet I ever had and get stopped on the street to get compliments on it. The different an accessories are great like the lights abd remote control , so for the city , nature or the different outdoors terrains , Unit 1 gear is gonna be your best friend! Cherry on top , great customer service!

I have the full set of equipment — the helmet (with visor and lining), smart lights, and remote — and they work together beautifully. The helmet is easily one of the most comfortable I’ve ever worn, and I feel so much safer and more visible on my bike, even in rough weather.
I did have a small issue with the initial remote that was sent to me, but Unit 1’s customer service was wonderful. They responded right away and sent a replacement without any fuss. Dealing with them was an absolute pleasure — fast, friendly, and efficient. I was so impressed that I ended up buying three more sets for friends as Christmas gifts.
I have multiple helmets for different types of cycling — and when I say multiple, I mean around six — and this mixed-use helmet stands out. It’s super comfortable, practical, and stylish. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a commuter or road helmet. You won’t be sorry.

I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. Shortly after receiving my helmet, I noticed a defect in the adjustment system and reached out to customer support. Valentina was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.
They walked me through possible fixes, and when it was clear that wouldn’t work, they immediately arranged a full replacement—no hassle at all. Even when my original color and size were temporarily out of stock, they communicated clearly, offered alternatives, and made the switch seamlessly. The replacement arrived quickly and works perfectly.
Beyond the outstanding customer service, the helmet itself is top-notch. The build quality is excellent, it feels solid and well-designed, and it genuinely makes me feel more secure and visible while riding. I just bought a Unit1 helmet. Had an issue at the beginning but A** @ customer service was on it. She took care of me immediately. I received the helmet and was surprised at how well it fit. Actually, a little snug but they send extra pieces to take care of that. The helmet looks awesome! I can't wait for my e bike to come in so I can start riding. I definitely recommend it and would definitely buy again. I really can't say enough good about A** @ customer service. What a great person to deal with. Thank you!

I own the Unit 1 backpack, and it is the best one I have owned till now. It has great functionality, lots of storage space, and is perfect for tech folks because of all the storage compartments and multiple laptop sleeves it provides. There are also a couple of unique features like a bottom pocket and a tech pouch, as well as an ecosystem of gadgets that can go along with it. For example, there is a light that can be used while riding bicycles that I also have, and many more.
I recently purchased another backpack, with which there were some issues, and the customer support person went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I highly recommend getting their products, they are world class quality.

I have the full suite of equipment: helmet, (with visor and lining) smart lights, remote and backpack. They are brilliant and work so well together. I first discovered UNIT 1 during their Kickstarter campaign, right after buying my class 3 e-bike. I was looking for a helmet that offered both safety and smart design at higher speeds, so I purchased the Aura Hybrid helmet, tinted visor, along with the remote and smart lights.
From the moment I started using them, everything worked flawlessly. The lighting system immediately boosted my visibility, and confidence. I noticed a real difference in how drivers behaved, giving me more space and passing with greater care. It was obvious they appreciated a cyclist who made an effort to be seen. Since then, over two years of riding, I haven’t had a single serious close call.
My first contact with UNIT 1’s support team came recently when I had a minor issue with my visor. Even though it was well past its warranty period, their team didn't disappiont and went above and beyond to ensure the problem was fully resolved. Their dedication and responsiveness made it one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in years.

I attempted to purchase my Unit 1 bike helmet during the Black Friday sale, however they sold out. Customer service contacted me to see if there was anything they could do to help. We agreed to watch the site and I would order the hemet when it came it. The CS, continued to monitor their stock for me. When the helmet came in, they let me know and I ordered it. Wow, I'm glad I did! This is the most comfortable helmet I've ever worn in my 70+ year of pedaling . It fit right away, no adjusting and it's very comfortable. Did I mention it looks good too? Gotten a lot of compliments on it already. I'm glad I waited for my color to come in.

Unit 1 is phenomenal! Their customer service is top notch, and very responsive. I had an item get lost in the delivery process, and they made sure to make it right. Aside from that, I feel exceptionally safe while you’re using my E bike. All of their items were easy to set up and pair. I look “super cool” and SAFE with my coordinating aura helmet with AirTag holder, winter liner, bug net, adaptive visor, and turn signal remote.

Amazing helmets and accessories loads of options light adjustments and controlling modes for helmet the turn signals defentaly save life's!. Had a problem with helmet nothing major but a defected mode but then had a genuinely outstanding experience with UNIT 1’s customer service recently. Valentina Orellana went above and beyond to help me out—handling everything with care, speed, and real attention to detail. She made sure my helmet was replaced without any hassle, and there was also a gesture of goodwill included that was brilliant and something I honestly didn’t expect to be able to get. That kind of effort speaks volumes.
Valentina deserves full credit for the hard work—she really took ownership and made sure everything was sorted. When she was off, her manager Mia picked up on her emails just to let me know things were on track and to reassure me that all feedback was being passed back to Valentina so she got the recognition she was due. Mia was polite and professional, and it was clear the whole team cared.

I have been using my AURA helmet now for about 3 months or so and I love it! It feels great and the construction is superior to any other helmet I've used to date. I had some minor issues with pairing the helmet with the remote right out of the box, but I scheduled a call with Ana in customer service and she helped me fix it! EXCELENT customer service - I would not hesitate to recommend this helmet to anyone!
