We did a tour in the natural park on E Bikes with a guide from Volo. It was a very good experience. The roads and landscapes were amazing and the guide was very friendly.

I highly recommend this activity.

I can't recommend Voló enough! I came in a panic right as they were closing because there was an issue with one of the locking mechanisms on my bike. Despite the late hour, Diego, the mechanic, was incredibly calming and patient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain it to us in detail.

But it didn’t stop there. Diego spent time with us- teaching us how to properly maintain our bike, ensuring we wouldn't run into the same issue again. His passion for bikes and dedication to taking care of his clients really shone through. Afterward, my husband and I shared a beer at the bar, and the whole experience felt more like hanging out with friends than a simple bike repair.

Having lived in Spain for 8 years, I've often found customer service to be hit or miss, but this was by far the best customer service experience I've ever had. The bikes at Voló are top-notch, the store is gorgeous, and the whole team clearly cares deeply about their work.

10/10 recommend! If you’re in Sitges and need anything e-bike related, Voló is your spot.

Probably one of the most fun outdoor activities you can do in Sitges is rent an e-bike and cycle around the Garraf park. Oli and the team with set you up at this amazing shop/rent/cafe which is also a great hangout spot for locals and visitors alike.

Me cobraron 59,90€ por poner dos radios nuevos y liquido tubeless. El mouse nuevo lo lleve yo, que tambien me lo han puesto. A las pocas horas de recoger la rueda, la rueda estaba totalmente desinchada, voy a tener que llevarla a reparar otra vez y la lleve por ese problema. :(, en este sitio ya no me fio porque son capaces de cobrarme mas aun por un trabajo mal hecho por ellos..El tema de que la rueda se desinche en menos de 5 horas y realmente esa era mi principal problema, lleve una rueda pinchada me lleve una rueda pinchada pero pagando 59,90€. ( tema aparte de lo que dicen del mouse, si no vale pues no lo pongas...)
Juzguen ustedes mismos.

Superb eBike shop that is great even for acoustic bikes. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff (English is no problem), lovely cafe experience, great location to begin or end a ride, and simply one of the best mechanics for any repairs, tune-ups, upgrades or whatever else is needed for your bike. Can also quickly order any necessary part or accessory if what you want or need isn't currently stocked. They keep my bike running smoothly and reliably to enjoy all the fantastic riding in the area.

What a lovely experience! For all levels of cyclists… we were a group aged 6-46 and all loved it - stunning views, various speeds on the bikes and a lovely pit stop for lunch at the end… so pleased to be back in 2 weeks! 🙏

Sitio correcto. Lo que ofrecen esta realmente bueno, hacen tanto dulce como salado, y los cafés estan ricos. Aún asi, no se si volería a ir expresamente sino estoy por aquella zona.

Hi podeu comprar e-bicis però també beure un bon cafè, esmorzar o berenar. Dins és gran, i l'estil és "esportiu-minimalista-eco-chic"... se sent com una botiga esportiva entre els Països Baixos i Suïssa, a "l'Europe rhénane". I, estranyesa, és l'únic lloc del Garraf on es poden trobar croissants à la française! Així que si estàs cansat dels croissants secos y glaçats amb sucre que pateixen Catalunya, ja saps on anar.
