Wie haben uns für zwei Tage Rennräder ausgeliehen und sind begeistert. Es hat alles super reibungslos geklappt, die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich, flexibel und hilfsbereit und die Räder waren top - gerne wieder.

MTB were in good shape. Just tiny things like a typical heat warning for electric MTB while we did a break without shadow and some last gear issues for the normal MTB on high speed.

We did the serpentine completely. Service was super.

Wir hatten an zwei Tagen in unserem Urlaub Rennräder ausgeliehen.
Wir hatten leider zweimal Probleme mit der Schaltung bei beiden Rädern. Diese war nicht gut eingestellt bzw. die Ritzel waren bereits abgenutzt. Trotz Hinweis haben wir auch am zweiten Tag Rennräder mit einer schlecht eingestellten Schaltung bekommen Und das für 38 €/Tag.
Auf Nachfrage bisher leider keine Reaktion erhalten. Der Shop hat nur auf Wien Kontakt via Mail hingewiesen.
Aus unserer Sicht nicht zu empfehlen.

Recently rented a Merck Laredo with Shimano 105 and rim brakes from wheelsport for 6 days cycling around Mallorca (I used my own helmet) - including Coll de Sóller, Puig Major and Coll Batalla.

Was first time using wheelsport. Customer service was great from the start - very responsive to email queries and they were helpful through to pick up and drop off, both of which were easy.

Price was fine and competitive compared to other businesses as far as I could see.

The bike itself was great and seemed well
Enough maintained. Rim brakes were fine for me on the mountain descents and gear shifting was all fine and I had no problems. Frame size was perfect and saddle was even set to perfect height. Zip was broken on the saddlebag - not a problem as I had a top tube bag with me but will remember to check next time. I picked up from Can Picafort branch the evening before and that all worked smoothly so I could make the most of the rental period.

All in all, great value and service and a happy customer, and would definitely rent from Wheelsport again, thanks!

The Orbea carbon road bikes with Disc brakes and ultegra mechanical are not bad, but they aren't ideally maintained.

On one of the bikes the brakes were rubbing and on both of them the shifting wasn't working cleanly enough. I'd assume cables are worn for shifting and pads for brakes. The helmets they have could do with some of the missing padding replaced to achieve minimal comfort.

Also, make sure that you check the opening time on the door as we looked ok Google maps and also asked the employee there whether they'd be open still at 13:00. They said they would be open (or at least that's what we understood from the answer).

We were there around 12:50 to return the bikes but only then noticed that there is tape on the opening hours indicating it's now open until 12 only. Not a huge pain as we have a car but otherwise could have been a huge pain.

I'm total, not bad but you could get better (maintained) bikes for the same money also elsewhere if you book early enough and not on a Sunday as we happened to do.

2nd time I've used these guys.
The bike I had was an Eddy Merckx carbon shimano 105.
Excellently set up and a joy to ride up Cap D' Formentor.
Staff very friendly.
€25 for the day including helmet and collected the night before. Fantastic value.

I hired an Orbea Orca Aero for two days, and my wide and daughter had electric bikes for one day. We had a great family day cycling to Lloret beach, then on the second day I cycled up to Lluc and out to Formentor. Bikes were brilliant, staff were friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend.

Delivered bike as expected, on time and it met my needs based on height and framesize.

These guys and girls deliver to you if your hotel is a little far from their shops all at reasonable prices.

Bike/helmet/flat pedals/bike computer all included in the price.

If you are visiting the alcudia area, go hire a bike and have a look around. Smashing wee villages all waiting to be explored. So much to see and remember all you need is a cotton t-shirt and a pair of shorts! No fancy outfit or shoes needed. They do kids bikes as well.

And if you are from the UK...rear brake is right hand side!.

He alquilado una Orbea Orca Aero muy chula q va como la seda.
Cuando nos ha hecho falta hacer un ajuste a la bici hemos pasado por la tienda y nos han atendido muy rapido y muy bien.
La mejor manera de conocer la isla sobre 2 ruedas.
