Our review is because of the unhelptul service. We ordered two bikes by email and as my sister was in Nerja she went into the shop to pay. The shop had the dates in the email and my sister made the payment. Unfortunately the wrong date was then recoded at the time of payment. So when we turned up to collect the bikes as per the agreed email dates the shop said we had missed the booking. They accepted no responsibility and offered us no alternative e.g., a reduced additional despite having many bikes available to rent.

Ok - listen to me carefully - if you are coming near Nerja to cycle - Do Not Bother to research any other bike store - this one is OUTstanding ! I have travelled to many countries cycling for years - and yesterday high in the hills here my Shimano Ultegra right crank completely separated ! I managed to get to This Bike store at 5pm close to tears that my trip was ruined. No no. By 11am this morning they messaged me that my bike was ready to pick up! New right crank, same gearing, left the left crank on and matched it because it has my power meter on it … recabled my rear Di2 electronics … and I’m already back out riding. Pleasant, efficient, no exploitation, knowledgeable, skilled and kind. What more does any of us want from a cycle store. Take My Word - fully trust these guys. I did and I do.

En alquiler tienen material bueno y nuevo cada año y en venta me consta que soy cliente, que tienen unos súper precios
Lo mejor es que tiene taller y eso es muy importante cuando romperá algo

Ich hatte ein Giant Carbon-Rad mit 105 Di2. Für einen Tag 45 €, wirklich fair. Ich war damit auf dem Pico del Veleta. Dafür ist es auch echt vollkommen ausreichend.
Wer vorhat, viel im Flachen zu fahren und Performance sucht, sollte sich besser etwas anderes suchen.
Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, da die Mitarbeiter sehr kurz angebunden sind.

Die Halterung für den Radcomputer sollte man nicht vergessen, die ist nämlich, wie sonst üblich, nicht montiert.
