Viajo desde hace mucho tiempo con la bici y puedo decir que Ted es un mecánico de primera categoría...sabe resolver los problemas de mis frenos hidráulicos, del sistema eléctrico,ruedas,dirección etc ..conoce a la perfección los cambios Rolhoff...
Al buen trabajo que realiza se le suma lo agradable,paciente y apasionado que es ...!! Desde que lo conocí se ha convertido en mí mecánico de confianza...!! Un 10!!

Muy mal educado el señor. Mis padres fueron con un pinchazo en la bici, y solo le faltó mandarlos a paseo, y además le cobraban 25€ por el pinchazo y que se lo arreglaría al día siguiente. Mis padres dijeron que el precio era un poco caro, y el señor contestó:
Estamos en Calvià!!!. Mis padres tuvieron que ir andando hasta santa ponsa con la bici. Pero no por el precio, sino por el trato tan malo y maleducado del señor. Todo desprecio.
Nada recomendable.

Bastante mala atención, bastante mal educado la Persona que atendía hoy 31 10 20,todo por no hablar español, yo aparque en la puerta, donde ellos tienen un vado con la intención de esperar a mi esposa y los hijos,para que miren bicicletas ,lo único que me decía era que llamaría a la policia, yo intentaba explicar ,pero de muy mala manera me decía call police,call police,por lo que me fui y a mirar bicicletas a otro lado. Compré una Haibike de carretera hace unos meses y he recuperado las buenas sensaciones de salir en bici tres o cuatro veces por semana. Cuando la edad y la forma física ya no te permiten subir a Galilea o al Coll de sa Creu o a Superna, sin disfrutar, es el momento de pasarse a la ebike. Would definitely recommend this place. Ted, the owner is clearly very skilled and after cycling all over the world, it becomes easy to realise who you can trust with your bicycle! I arrived just before closing and Ted was still so happy to help with a smile and even stayed late to get the job done and help me out. From touring bikes to electric bikes to road bikes to mountain bikes, he can help with it all. There’s also parts and accessories for sale - great quality from trustworthy and quality brands like ortlieb and shimano.

Ich hatte vor kurzem das Vergnügen, die Firma Yes We Bike im Industriegebiet von Santa Ponsa zu besuchen, und ich muss sagen, ich war begeistert von ihrem Service. Der Servicemitarbeiter Sandro war äußerst entspannt und freundlich, und der Umgangston war sehr locker aber respektvoll. Egal welche Fragen ich hatte, sie wurden ohne Probleme beantwortet, und zwar gründlich und ausführlich, auch wenn die Beantwortung mal etwas länger dauerte.

Ich war besonders beeindruckt von der breiten Palette an Elektrofahrrädern, Elektromotorrädern und E-Scootern, die Yes We Bike im Angebot hat. Es gab für jeden Geschmack und jedes Budget das passende Modell. Auch die Werkstatt war top: Hier wurden Servicearbeiten und Umbau- und Reparaturarbeiten fachgerecht und zuverlässig durchgeführt.

Insgesamt gebe ich der Firma Yes We Bike 10 von 10 Punkten für ihre freundliche und zielführende Beratung und Begleitung bis zum Kaufabschluss. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der kostenfreie Service aufs Haus, den ich nach dem Kaufabschluss in Anspruch nehmen durfte, der normalerweise 100 Euro kostet. Ein toller Bonus, der zeigt, dass Yes We Bike wirklich an langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen interessiert ist.

Die Öffnungszeiten der Firma sind mir nicht genau bekannt, aber ich denke, man kann sie auf der Webseite finden. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Tür, und sie sind kostenfrei. Zusammenfassend kann ich Yes We Bike uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freue mich schon darauf, bei Bedarf wieder ihre Dienste in Anspruch zu nehmen.
