Absolutely fantastic family experience!

We had such an amazing time renting e-bikes from Pelican Bike in Valencia! 🚲☀️ It turned out to be one of the most fun experiences we had during our family trip.

The kids absolutely loved the e-bikes and had so much fun riding around. The location was also perfect, with the beautiful Jardín del Turia (Turia Gardens) right next to the shop, making it such a great place for the whole family to enjoy cycling and spending time outdoors together.

And a special thank you to Philip! He was genuinely one of the nicest people we met during our trip. He was so kind, friendly, and welcoming to us and especially wonderful with the kids. He even offered us water and iced tea, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really made us feel looked after.

It’s not often that you come across service that feels this personal and genuine. Great e-bikes, great location, and an even better team!

We had an unforgettable time and would 100% recommend Pelican Bike to anyone visiting Valencia, especially families with kids. We will definitely come back next time we’re in Valencia! ❤️🚲🇪🇸

My wife and I did 3-hour bike tour with David. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience!
David the "Valencia Guide" delivered deep history & cultural knowledge with local pride & humor. He had intimate knowledge not only of the major sites like the Central Market and the Cathedral, but also of places that cannot be known by tourists: murals, street decorations, best place to grab great cup of horchata amidst hot summer, hidden spot in the park to take beautiful photo with full-blossom flower tree and City of Arts and Sciences on view. He even optimized the morning and evening bike routes differently, so that the tourists can stay under the shade as much as possible while biking.
The bikes were well-maintained, too. We had the cheapest bikes; still, they had good gears and very pleasant & safe to ride.
