Alquilé bici eléctrica por 4 días y mi experiencia fue excelentee! La bici estaba en perfectas condiciones y funcionó de maravilla durante todas mis rutas y paseos. Además, el staff fue increíblemente amable y atento; siempre dispuestos a ayudar y a resolver cualquier duda con una sonrisa. Sin duda, un servicio muy profesional y cercano.

We rented five bikes here in mid-September 2025. The shop is very well organized, and everything worked smoothly just as expected. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful.

One of the road bikes had an issue with a chain that occasionally slipped, but the team handled this challenge quickly and very accommodatingly.

Overall, excellent service – highly recommended!

The bikes are easy to book on their website. When I arrived they were very friendly, immediately installed my pedals on the bike and I was ready to go. Just a super nice and friendly atmosphere. Would definitely get a bike here again.

Hatten 2 Rennräder für 1 Tag gemietet. Bei einem Rennrad waren die Reifen komplett runtergefahren, was mir leider erst während der Fahrt aufgefallen ist. Die Markierungen der Verschleißanzeige am Reifen waren bereits gut sichtbar sowie deutliche Risse an der Oberfläche. Auf dem Weg nach Cap de Formentor hatte ich schlussendlich zwei Platten. Ein Felgenband war nicht vorhanden. Ich bin gerade so noch zurück zur Station gekommen. Bei der Abgabe meinte man zu mir, dass der Reifen nicht alt und das „normal“ sei. Entweder keine Ahnung oder bewusstes Vorgehen. Ein Fahrrad in dem Zustand an Kunden zu geben ist lebensgefährlich. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Besser woanders leihen

Opinion mitigée, mais je repars déçu de mon expérience dans ce bike shop. Les vélos étaient biens et nous ont permis d’accomplir les sorties désirées. Or, nous avons réservé au mois d’août, et le jour où nous devions récupérer les vélos entre 17h et 18h, on s’est cogné le nez contre une porte close. Heureusement, leur employé passait devant. Il a pris le temps de nous servir, mais personne n’avait cru bon nous contacter pour nous dire que la cueillette serait impossible car ils fermaient à 14h, bien qu’ils avaient notre courriel et téléphone. On aurait été vraiment déçu de rater notre première sortie du lendemain matin pour aller les récupérer. Aussi, on nous a dit ne pas pouvoir les retourner le lundi car ils sont fermés les dimanches et lundis à ce temps-ci de l’année. Aucun problème car on était à Pollença jusqu’au mardi, mais ç’aurait été bien de le savoir avant et pas être mis devant le fait accompli. On a eu une poncture de pneu le dimanche et on a dû perdre une heure à chercher un autre bike shop ouvert (merci Bike Hire, bon service, beau magasin). Lors du retour des vélos, on n’a pas voulu rembourser le changement de pneu, tube et le service de 43 euros facture à l’appuie, car ce n’était « pas de leur faute » que j’aie fait une crevaison avec leur vélo loué. Quand j’ai voulu reprendre pneu et tube acheté, on m’a dit qu’ils devraient me charger 5 euros pour avoir crevé un de leurs tubes, et l’employé prétendait que le pneu était toujours bon malgré un trou visible que j’aurais selon eux dû réparer moi-même sans matériel et sans leur service (je suis en voyage…). Alors que je repartais agacé par la situation, l’employé m’a suggéré de relaxer. Un peu arrogant après ce manque de service. Je ne recommande pas.

Easy to use and slick website with all sorts of customisable parts. The bikes were a dream and very well serviced. The gentlemen in the shop were very friendly and switched on. To improve it would be nice to be able to rent some lights.

Altes zerkratztes Giant-Rennrad bekommen. Kassette & Lette total hinüber. Wurde beides gleich getauscht. Folgetag Tretlager knischt. wurde auch getauscht. Übernächster Tag Front-Umwerfer defekt. Shop am Montag 10 Uhr geschlossen. Per Zufall kam jemand und tausche das ganze Rad, dort aber Tretlagerschaden und rubbelnde Bremse. Öffnungszeiten total intransparent.

Hired bikes from here for 5 days in September. Appreciate that these are hire bikes and expect to see the odd knock and damage on them, but mechanically they needed an overhaul. The rear freehub was knackered and was in desperate need of replacement and the disc brakes required attention as the lever stroke pull was almost as far back as the handlebar. This did not inspire confidence when descending! This was a issue for most of the club that I had travelled out with who also used Bike Experience. Sadly can't recommend this company and for a little extra money there are better hiring company's locally which I will be going to next time.

It was a wet few days and clearly the cheap tyres fitted to the Giant bikes were not up to the job! Between 9 riders we had 14 punctures in two days. All the young assistant had to say was that we shouldn’t be cycling in that weather! Very disappointed with the altitude. More disappointing was that we were charged for the use of their cheap spare tubes.

Damian was incredibly hospitable! Saw that we were replacing tyres outside and offered to let us in and make a mess, haha! As a mechanic/worker in the industry I appreciate kind acts like these. He even offered us to use the air compressor to aid seating the tyres and providing facilities to wash our hands.
