Compre una bici usada a través de la web. Se demoraron más de una semana en enviarla, tuve que insistir para que lo hicieran, y la mandaron sin una de las tapas del eje del pedalier. Despues de reclamarlo, no me contestan, asi que me va a tocar cambiar el eje del pedalier completo por mi cuenta. Atención al cliente muy pobre. Una pena.

Shady business practice and doesn’t honour purchase. I bought something for over 2000€ there, they left the purchase on hold, only to cancel it after 3 days and sell it to someone else. Not trustworthy.

My bicycle was stolen in Italy during a riding holiday. Eat Sleep Cycle offered me an ex-rental bike at a very reasonable price - with a VAT refund! I was then offered a credit towards additional gear to set up the bike.

Excellent service, English-speaker friendly, and an amazing array of bikes and gear. Can’t rate them highly enough.

Bikes are good, guys in the shop are great, but the owner is too much focused on money. I crashed badly on day 1 (broke my finger and needed surgery) of my rental period and even though I returned the bike 3 days early, the owner was not willing to think along in any form of discount on the rental. I will choose a different rental next time I visit Girona!

Today I brought my Hunt rear wheel in to have it fixed. It was making a horrible creaking sound and would hardly spin. Nigel, the mechanic took the wheel and diagnose the problem. He had it fixed and ready for me to pick up in less than two hours! (I needed a new freehub)

Took my bike in on Saturday at 5:45pm as I'd had a problem with the chain during the day's ride. I had to wait about 40 minutes but Antonio was very helpful and friendly. He was able to regrease my ball bearings and replace a spoke while I waited. Cost €42:00.

Very poor experience. Waited over 90min for an online ordered bike. When it was ready saddle bag pre ordered wasnt attached. Handle bar tape needed to be redone.

In the meantime any customer who entered was dealt with in between taping. Turing a 10min job into half an hour.

This was proceeded by seeing a group a head of me have the wrong peddles, saddle height etc on their pre ordered bikes.

The operation seemed disorganised and unprofessional. Despite the bikes themselves being premium and other positive reviews. Overall very disappointing, I wouldn't recommend, try somewhere else.

Very nice bicycle shop in Girona, was in a jam finding boxes to pack our bikes into for a flight back to Germany, they sell brand new bicycle boxes! A little expensive, but they were open on Easter Monday, and I was able to get the bikes back home. Can find free boxes at other stores in Girona, but not on Easter Monday. Nice people, was very happy.
