When I went to Happy Cargo Bike, I had a very special request: create a basket for my bike to deliver bouquets of flowers. I had done so many research before, I was very happy when Happy Cargo Bike said they would do it. Anthony and his team were very friendly, professional, came with loads of smart ideas to make it happen very efficiently. I trust them so much that I then went back again and really recommend this place as you can see from the pictures that speak for themselves and show this high quality work!

Cuando fui a Happy Cargo Bike, tenía una solicitud muy especial: crear una canasta para mi bicicleta para entregar ramos de flores. Había investigado mucho antes, estaba muy feliz cuando Happy Cargo Bike dijo que lo harían. Anthony y su equipo fueron muy amables, profesionales, llegaron con un montón de ideas inteligentes para hacer que suceda de manera muy eficiente. ¡Confío tanto en ellos que luego volví otra vez y realmente recomiendo este lugar, como puedes ver en las fotos que hablan por sí mismas y muestran este trabajo de alta calidad!

Es muy curioso lo que nos ha pasado..fuimos a ver una bici que tenían en stock y la reservamos xq nos gustaba mucho..pero justo el día de antes de recogerla, me llaman diciendo que ya no tienen la bicicleta…que me llegará un mes más tarde!!
No entiendo lo de la reserva!?!?!?
Considero que es una falta de profesionalidad!!!
Una cosa si que es verdad..trabajadores súper atentos y profesionales!!!
PERO YO SIN BICICLETA!!

Yo vine a comprar con las ideas claras de lo que quería y tú me intentaste vender lo que te interesaba. (Esto no es arrogancia)
Como te he comentado sé perfectamente lo que es para una Ebike un Kwh, Ah, Nm, motor central, motor trasero etc..cosa que tu no tienes ni idea (esto no es arrogancia) suerte que tus mecánicos si lo saben pero los tienes de florero cuando estás tú!
Y si me tratan de manera ARROGANTE yo sé ponerme a la misma altura.
Cuando un niño hace algo mal se le tiene que decir para que no lo vuelva ha hacer para que aprenda…pues para esto te he puesto esta reseña!!
Casualmente en la tienda URBAN BIKES DE (ZARAGOZA) tienen la bici en stock y me la enviarán en 24€ sin problemas! El chico que es muy majo me comento que no era la primera vez que le llamaban para comprar BICIS CARGO por problemas con tu tienda!!! Casualidad?
En resumen..ni soy arrogante, ni pongo reseñas al tun tun!
Y piensa una cosa..la que tienes el negocio eres tú y no yo.

J'ai acheté un vélo Cargo Babboe en septembre 2023. Dès le début, super communication avec le vendeur et super suivi de la commande. Malheureusement, mon vélo est tombé en panne après un mois et demi. Jean a assuré un service après-vente irréprochable. Il s'est montré à l'écoute, réceptif et réactif.
Je n'habite pas Barcelone mais une ville côtière à 150km de là, malgré tout la réparation a été réglée en un jour.

Je suis plus que satisfaite de leurs services et je recommande ce magasin à quiconque cherche un vélo électrique et du professionnalisme.

We have acquired a Nihola 4.0 cargo bike from Happy Cargo Bike for Menorca. The communication was via email. Happy Cargo Bike gave us various options and good advice which helped us to choose the right model. Even though we decided to buy the bike shortly before the desired delivery date before Christmas, Happy Cargo Bike managed to make us a good offer and delivered the bike on time. The bike was well prepared and is perfect for us.

This company some words for an excellent service given!!

We bought a cargo bike some months ago, and came back a couple of times for service and repairs.

Not only they are very courteous, they are also highly knowledgeable on their stuff and very attentive to solve any issues you might have with your bike. They are not only there to sell bikes, they also take ownership of the service care through the life of the bike, with very good turnaround times!

Il y a un très large choix de vélos différents nous avons choisi le tandem, le personnel est très chaleureux et très à l'écoute de plus ils parlent beaucoup de langue ce qui est très appréciable. Les prix sont très abordables pour le service proposé !
