My first trip to Mallorca. Lots of rental options and I had one shot to get all my bike logistics requirements while attempting to travel lite as possible. It is my first visit to Mallorca and the number of bike hire places is overwhelming. After a bit of reading around of different reviews I chose these guys and I'm so glad I did. Outstanding customer service throughout, from the team taking the booking to the mechanic looking after the bike. The bike was in excellent condition with no issues at any time. I could solely focus on the road, the views and just enjoy the ride without worrying about the bike failing me, especially on the descents. They even let me pick the bike up the evening before the day I'd hired it so I could set off early before it got too hot. I'm definitely going to use these guys again every time make a return visit.

After reading some worrying reviews about other bike hire companies in Mallorca, I was cautious about where to book. I went with Mallorca Bike Hire and it was absolutely the right choice. Chose a Scott Foil RC10 Di2, the bike was spot on — well-serviced, clean, and perfectly set up. The whole process was professional and straightforward, they delivered the bike and collected from my hotel with no issues on return. If you want peace of mind and a quality bike, I’d highly recommend them, family run business, super friendly and very helpful.

Rented Scott Addicts from Mallorca Bike Hire. They were ready and waiting, perfectly set up no adjustments needed. Friendly and efficient family run business. Nothing was any trouble, fitted our pedals, mounts etc. Shop is exceptionally well stocked with all your nutrition needs, no need to take anything with you, bikes equipped with basic toolkits and emergency contact details on the frame. Lovely bikes, and great food and drink in the associated pub/cafe.

Would definitely highly recommend and use again in the future .

had an amazing experience from the minute I entered the door to dropping the bike back, I went for the Cannondale Supersix Evo, Ultegra Di2....it did not disappoint. Alex had the bike set up perfectly, from Saddle height to Reach, the guidance on good routes and knowledge of the roads was well appreciated.....and to top it all off, upon return to the fabulous #LaBicicleta for the food and all important Recovery shakes they have on offer. Judith, Kate and Elliot you are all gems and very welcoming, would I recommend Majorca Bike Hire to any one looking for renting a bike.........absolutely.....100%....Kudos to all the team.

I'm very happy I chose this shop for my bike rental. Everything worked as expected, the bike was in a perfect state and all the staff were very kind. The booking system is transparent and easy to use and they responded very fast to a question I had before booking. Just one thing to note (not a negative point, but quite important from my point of view): They rent many bikes with UK brakes (left --> rear), it's clearly labelled on their website, just make sure to book a bike with the correct brakes system.

I rented three bikes from MBH during my stay, and every single one was in excellent condition. The customer service was fantastic—friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. I really liked the atmosphere of the shop itself; it has a warm, inviting vibe and even a great restaurant/bar that’s perfect for unwinding after a ride.

They also carry everything a cyclist might need: fuel gels, bars, energy drinks, water bottles—you name it. I reserved my bikes the night before, showed up around 9 AM, picked up my ride and my fuel, and was out on the road in no time. Drop-offs were always quick and hassle-free. Highly recommended. Can’t go wrong with this shop.

I hired a Cannondale SuperSix Evo 105 Di2, which was in excellent condition — clearly very well maintained, and the mechanic had done a great job.

The front desk experience, however, could have been better. The staff member seemed a bit negative and advised me to avoid routes with descents because the roads were wet. Considering that riding descents is a big part of cycling in Mallorca — and that the rental cost was over £300 — this advice felt a bit excessive. A simple reminder to take care on the descents would have been more reasonable.

Also, the insurance policy is quite expensive at £30 for only €300 of coverage, which doesn’t feel like great value.

Overall, the bike itself was excellent, but the customer interaction and insurance terms could be improved.

Mallorca Bike Hire had great selection of bikes available, pickup and drop off was easy and the staff was helpful, professional and personable. They made adjustments to the bike as needed (adjusted stem and seat position for my daughter's bike).

Their route maps on Strava were extremely helpful as the routes published had many routes for all levels of riders and avoided busy roads as much as possible. These maps are available, even if you don't rent from Mallorca Bike Hire.

I also used their lodging recommendation (torre playa), which was located right on the beach, near all the restaurants, and was available at a VERY reasonable price.

When i come back, I will rent from them again.

I made an advance booking for a high-end road bike online. The bike options provided met my expectations and the confirmation process was assuring. When I arrived for pick up, I was greeted promptly, and bike was customized to my specifications with out fuss. We rented two e-bikes (Gazelle) at the end of September for three days.
Renting online was very easy and straightforward.
The bikes were ready for collection at the booked time. The bikes were tailored exactly to our needs.
A minor defect after one day was repaired very quickly.
Conclusion: we were extremely satisfied with MallorcaBikeHire and can only recommend them.

Great road bikes and super friendly service! The bikes we rented were exactly the ones we booked, so no bad surprises, and the staff made sure all adjustments were made when we picked them up to unsure we were set to go and ride comfortably throughout our stay. Although we didn't need to use a spare tube, it was great that it everything was provided with the bike for peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with the team at Mallorca Bike Hire and wouldn't hesitate in using them again next time I plan a cycling trip to the island. The staff were excellent both when collecting and dropping off the bike, even helping to install own pedals and saddle and advising routes to the uninitiated. The shifting was so crisp on my bike and the brakes were perfectly tuned. They obviously take a lot of care in maintaining their bikes between every hire. Why pay an airline to potentially damage your own bike when you can support a local business - this is absolutely a business that deserves your support!

My only complaint was that I had to hand the bike back and fly home at the end of my trip.

Great choice of bikes, hired a Liv for my wife and a Scott for me. Both bikes in excellent condition and set-up as per the measurements supplied. DI2 batteries died on the rear mech shifter on my wife’s Liv about 30km from home after a long day out. Quick call to the shop and they talked me through swapping the batteries with the front shifter so she could ride home and use the rear gears. Went straight to the shop where they replaced both sets of shifter batteries without hesitation. Set out on our last days ride and had a rear puncture about 0.5km from the shop. They replaced the inner tube straightaway to get us quickly on our way even though they were still dealing with collections. Their service is exceptional with a major focus on providing a great customer experience all delivered with a smile by friendly staff. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely use them again.

It was an absolute pleasure hiring a bike from Mallorca Bike Hire, never used them before but have enjoyed the excellent adjoining bar!
Kate and the whole team are friendly and welcoming, the bike was brilliant and I will definitely be using them again next year.
