Llegue por casualidad, el trato increíble ,la atención mejor el hombre que me atendió se llama DANIEL y repito todo espectacular, Dos días 50€ y bicicleton electrico que me he recorrido toda la parte de cala dor y ni me di cuenta ,MUY RECOMENTDADO Y GRACIAS AL PERSONAL.

No tuvimos una buena experiencia con ellos. Alquilamos un coche en su página web para pasar unos días en la isla, y cuando llegamos a la oficina a recoger el coche y pagar, nos dijeron que el precio había cambiado y sería más caro. Incluso después de haber recibido la factura y confirmación de reserva! Además tuvimos que esperar más de 30 minutos para que nos dieran el coche (con el depósito casi vacío y sin limpiar - estaba sucio).
La chica que trabaja allí fue simpática e intentó arreglarlo, pero su jefe fue un antipático y dijo que si queríamos el coche tendríamos que pagar más; nos sentimos estafadas.
No lo recomendaría. Mejor alquilar un coche de una empresa más grande, para aseguraros de que no os la van a jugar con el precio. Fue una experiencia decepcionante.

Alquilamos una moto durante 5 días en Cala d'Or, muy recomendable si quieres ir de cala en cala y conocer la isla. El servicio muy bien, la moto equipada con el baúl venía muy bien par guardar los cascos. Lo recomiendo al

Für ein 300ccm Quad 78€ tagesmiete gezahlt. Preis meiner Meinung nach völlig in Ordnung. Sprit hat die Karre kaum gefressen. Sind gefühlt den ganzen Tag rumgefahren und hatten 6,32€ an Sprit verfahren. Service war auch sehr gut also das Personal wirklich nett. Hätte ehrlich gesagt garnichts zu bemängeln.

This was our second time renting from Moto Sprint Car Rental, and once again, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. We first used them three years ago and had no issues back then, so we were happy to go with them again this time.

We dealt with Daniel, who was incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English. He really took the time to listen to what we needed — how many days, what kind of car we were after — and gave us a few good options to choose from. It never felt rushed or pushy, just helpful and professional.

We ended up going with a car from their "Category C" (Premium) range for 5 days. The total came to around €300, including full coverage for just €25, which we found to be a very fair and competitive price. The best part? Once everything was sorted, we got the keys and were on the road straight away — no hassle, no waiting around.

All in all, very happy with the service again. Would definitely recommend Moto Sprint Car Rental and especially Daniel if you're looking for a stress-free rental experience!

Bardzo miła obsługa, pan Daniel oprócz kompleksowej obsługi klienta wskazał też piękne miejsca o których rezydenci nawet nie wspomnieli, a zasługują dużo bardziej na uwagę niż inne polecane miejsca.
Samochód w dobrym stanie, bez problemowy najem bez uprzedniej rezerwacji wszystko załatwione w 5 minut. Polecam w 100%

Rental Cala D Or: sehr freundlich, unkompliziert, Shuttle von und nach Cala Santanyi ab 3 Tage Miete möglich. Wir hatten 2 Vespa mit 125 ccm, alles tip top👍👍Waren in sehr gutem Zustand, keine technischen Mängel, Reifen und Bremsen sehr gut. Kommunikation nach Buchung über whats App, Würde ich wieder buchen👍

Nous avons loué 2 vélos pour 2 jours à un prix très raisonnable. Les vélos sont en bon état. La personne qui s'est occupé de nous a été très gentil, il nous a donné de bons conseils et a partagé avec nous de bel endroits à visiter et tout ça avec le sourire. Les casques sont également fournis.

The person who serves is very rude and a liar, telling us false information. He also charged us an extra day while on paper it says 1 day which means 24 hours from what I know. For them it is 12 hours! I handed over the bike within 24 hours which is written on the paper. You can check it! The bikes were very bad without good equipment, the rear light was not on one bike, there was no flashlight and he asked us if we want a bike, it must be given! Don't visit it, I live and work in Cala Dor, there are much better ones!

We hired a car with automatic transmission for 1 day. We stopped by their office a day prior to arrange everything, the multilingual, very professional and courteous staff explained everything, no hidden charges and 0 € excess car insurance was rather expensive but it was high season, so no complaints here. The car was clean and new and took us all around Mallorca. Can highly recommend this car rental company and will use them again when in Cala Ferrera.

Wir wollten einen Roller für 1 Tag ausleihen mit Topcase , einen Tag zuvor dagewesen und gefragt ob dieser da ist , es wurde im System nachgeschaut , ja kein Problem sind noch 7 Stk hier .
Am Miettag hiess es dann , keiner mehr da wir müssen in die andere Ausleihstation , ok ... hier wurde seitens der Firma ein Shuttle organisiert kostenlos .
Den Mietvertrag gibt es nur via email (nach 4 Tagen haben wir immernoch keinen erhalten , vermutung liegt nahe entweder wurde die email falsch angegeben oder man hat hier sxhwarz abkassiert da es komischerweise auch keine Rechnung gab , man hat kein Zettel , kein Physisches Dokument in der Hand bei einer Polizeikontrolle , unseriös Minuspunkt .
Helme wurden nich geputzt alao gab es dreckige Visiere die wir selbst putzen mussten .
Deutsch versteht man nur in der Aussenstelle nicht aber in der Hauptstelle in Cala d or . Nur Englisch .
Wir haben einen runtergekommenen Roller erhalten 125er , wenig Stauraum trotz Topcase !
Der Mietpreis ist hier mit ca 56 euro völlig Überteuert .
Zum Vergleich , nen etwas grösserer Roller mit gleicher ccm kostet in Can Pastilla nur 35 Euro und hier ist der Koffer inklusive ohne extra Kosten !
Der 125er schluckte ganz schön sodass bei einer Strecke von 160 km 1x zwischengetankt werden musste .
Einmal und nie wieder ,
Cala D or und Umgebung scheint ein Monopol zu sein , keine Kongruenz wo die Urlauber ausgenommen werden .

Diese Autovermietung ist einfach klasse. Es gibt dort eine große Auswahl an verschieden Autos (und Fahrrädern, Motorrädern etc), da war für jeden Geldbeutel was dabei. Absolut bezahlbar, mit Vollkasko und Notfallnummer und und und.

Wir sind dort freundlich von einem deutschen Mitarbeiter in Empfang genommen worden, der uns auch direkt noch Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten empfohlen hat, die wir erkunden konnten. Alles in einem war es eine schöne und vor allem unkomplizierte Sache, die wir jedem nur herzlichst empfehlen können.

Took a scooter from here last minute to explore the area. Personable and multilingual guy working there, no hidden charges and the 0€ excess was not expensive to add (and an obvious addition). I’m really happy. We drove up the nearby mountain. I recommend having driven a scooter before if you’re going to rent one here and drive on the roads between the towns.
