A lovely new shop with a great atmosphere! Although the opening hours are currently limited because the owner has broken her ankle and is in a plaster cast, she still goes above and beyond to help and look after customers. We were really impressed by her dedication and friendliness. Wishing her a speedy recovery — we’ll definitely be back!

A group of us were in Mallorca on a cycling holiday and arranged a group ride out with Ottilie. Honestly the highlight of our week! What a truly inspirational and fun human she is. She took us on quiet backroads and to the velodrome which was epic fun! Lovely coffee stop to “Spanish Greggs”.
Ottilie is friendly, warm, honest and brave. She adjusted the ride to fit all our needs and abilities.
Her shop is full of amazing clothes and cycling gear with great stories behind them all.
My only regret is not organising a sports massage! Highly recommend!

The strength and conditioning circuits class at OQ’s Little Jim Gym with Kim. Excellent small group class of 4 with a great mix of strength, cardio and core. Highly recommend.

We have hired bikes from Ottilie on 2 visits last year and are due to head out again soon with friends, we all have bike hires booked with her again. She is an absolute star, great banter and has an infectious positive attitude, would highly recommend anyone looking for bike hire or guided rides to book with OQ Service Course. Great selection of bespoke OQ Merchandise too.
The Cap De Formentor top or the Sa Calobra top after doing these rides is a must!! 😃

Met and rode out with Ottie whilst on a group cycling trip with friends! What an amazing person she is! So friendly, so likeable, very knowledgeable and down to earth! Had an amazing group ride with her, she knows her stuff and it was a day in the saddle to remember. The highlight being taken to the outdoor Velodrome and getting to do laps! Oh and our cafe stop at 'Spanish Greggs' as she calls it. It's not Greggs by the way and is so much better!!
Her shop is superb too, just had to buy some of the stunning kit!
If you're coming to Mallorca, don't go home without a trip to see Ottie!!🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️🥰

amazing place. I booked a sports massage with Ottilie last year and on top of a superb massage, I saw first hand the connection Otti has with her customers and the focus she has on each client who comes through the door. Very obvious that her passion for sport is huge from her roots in Football, to keeping anyone with a passion for cycling out there be it through treatment, repair ( bikes and bodies ) renting bikes, route guidance or just sharing local knowledge. Her passion and knowledge is top rate. On top a really cool shop and environment to visit too, when she's not out riding of course!

I came out to Majorca for a couple of weeks on the bike after a fairly solid and injury free winter on the bike back home. To my dismay I picked up an injury on the first ride out here. Sensing my desperation, Ottilie fitted me in for a couple of physio sessions. I can’t thank her or recommend her enough – she quickly found the root of the issue and dealt with it. I am not quite sure I would believe you if you had said two weeks later I would have tapped out over 1300km given the state I was in.

10/10 recommend – Ottie is a master of her craft

Ottilie is amazing and a local megastar in Port De Pollenca. We bought some friends over to Mallorca and we recommended Ottilie and her bikes she hires from her lovely shop. Ottilie, made sure our friends were sorted with the right bike and she also suggested some routes for us to do.

If you are going to Mallorca to ride, then go and see Ottilie in her shop OQ Service Course. She also does sports massages for after those long rides, but make sure you get them booked in with her early.

We will be back again this year and will be taking some British niceties out with us for her too. :)

Would highly recommend Ottilie and her shop to anyone.

Located in Port Pollenca, amazing bike hire just around the corner from Tolo's restaurant and very close to the beach.

Ottie provides bike hire, excellent massages and bike tours. You'll be welcomed with a huge smile, bags of enthusiasm and quality in every corner of her store. This is a hidden gem of a place and I'd recommend.

I loved the Trek Emonda bike we hired. They're designed for climbing hills which made the rides more enjoyable to Cap Formentor and the Serra de Tramuntana

Well another visit undertaken to the lovely Island of Mallorca.

Dodging the later starters by starting early doors 0730, the peacefulness of the roads was a pleasure. Riding a bike supplied by Ottilie @OQServiceCourse was again a pleasure..
... Various sizes are available ( in house joke here folks ) with ALL your assessories available, from Helmet hire (excellent by the way) to hydration product ( no beer though 😞) . Simply just pitchup ( book first mind you !) And away you go.

Breakfast (?) pre or post (?) Look no further than @holibikes . Stunning cakes and fresh food, avocados and egg (!) Beautiful location and superb service. Until the next time ⏲️ 😌...

Great service with a smile from the lovely Otti and she always has time for a chat. Oq Service Course have their own brand of clothing which are really nice, well designed and comfortable. I've been out with Otti and she's a great guide and knows some amazing routes. Oh, she also has some really nice bikes too. Located in Puerto Pollensa, it's the perfect spot to start your ride.

Stellar service, decent fares!

Not only did Ottilie fix, clean and oil my bike on the spot, she also taught me how to fix it myself next time and inspired me to take better care of my bike going forward — all while cracking jokes and having a good laugh. I may abuse my bike in the future just to have a reason to go see her again!

The most friendliest, kindest, caring, great person. Ottie helped so much when we were living in Mallorca, from fixing my sore leg to renting our pals amazing light, speedy bikes to get you up the mountains. We miss Ottie a-lot now we are home and couldn't recommend her enough. She is a true inspiration, so pop into her amazing shop and have an explore!

After having a big crash 4 months ago I came over to Mallorca to try and get back on the bike in the warmth and sunshine. A broken back meant that just about every muscle was tight. The first day as I tried to get on the bike it was almost impossible to lift my leg over the saddle, once I was riding it was ok-ish but doing everything else is painful. So I called in to see Ottilie to ask her advice. Luckily she had an appointment the next day and Wow ! She assessed what was wrong and got on with it ! 45 minutes later I walked out a different person 😊 the next morning after the best night sleep in 4 months I got on my bike without thinking about it.
I had another session two days later and I cannot say just how much my mobility has improved, Thankyou Ottilie you are superb!
