Sebastián me ayudó mucho con todos mis problemas alrededor de la bici y, lo que realmente importa, me dejó pensar si es el tratamiento correcto para esta. No me quería vender cosas adicionales, sólo su excelente servicio. Luego me desglosó todos los pasos del servicio con el precio exacto, parado con el tiempo invertido.
Nunca lo he visto y estoy más que contento con su orientación hacia el cliente.
Si pudiera, le daría 10 estrellas.

I had an issue with my road bike right after arriving in Mallorca — the derailleur hanger was damaged, and I couldn’t ride at all. I found this shop and went there hoping for help, and I couldn’t have been luckier.

The owner was incredibly competent, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to fix a serious problem on the spot. Despite the damage, he made sure I left with a fully functional bike the same day.

Outstanding service, great expertise, and real dedication. Highly recommended!

Hands down, the best bike service in Palma. Sebastian really knows his stuff and left my bike better than when it was new.
He also showed me how to avoid future problems with a bit of preventative maintenance that I can do on my own.

I was sold by the marketing on social media, detailing lessons on correct bicycle adjustment, promises of ‘we go the extra kilometre for you, we don’t miss a thing’. This gave me comfort to make a visit with my bicycle, and pay the above market hourly rate of €50 (much higher than the competitors in the centre of the city).

The mechanic was friendly, but he was an aggressive salesman, likely viewing non locals as easy targets to carelessly spend money on whatever he suggests.

After waiting two days the bicycle was ready. On the second ride, the front derailleur was not shifting properly. When I reached my villa, I took a closer look, and noticed the bolt to the frame had come loose!

Mistakes happen, but for a workshop that is selling a detail driven approach, and charging premium rates, this is false advertising. The only thing more dangerous than ignorance is arrogance.

Seb did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the problem with my De Rosa that another supposedly reputable bike shop had not been able to resolve and had likely caused by losing a spring in the shifter on my brand new bike. He was extremely thorough, took the time to explain what had happened, and clearly cared about getting everything exactly right. He even followed up afterward to make sure the bike was riding smoothly and shifting perfectly. That level of care and attention is rare. I would highly recommend Seb to anyone looking for an honest, skilled, and detail oriented mechanic who genuinely wants your bike to feel as good as it possibly can.

I would give Sebastian 10 stars if I could. Super responsive on WhatsApp, I had one urgent issue doing to a missing part in a brand new hub 🙄. One issue turned into 10 and Seb had to basically rebuild my new bike to get me on the road safely. Done on the spot, with a massive smile, plenty of coffee and walked me through every step.

If I could fly to Palma to get my bike serviced I would.

I rarely write reviews but this is easily one of the best experiences I've had at any bike shop anywhere. I took my dream build S-Works SL8 that had many one off and boutique parts to Root hoping that it would all be OK. It was much better than ok, John took the time to treat every part like a surgeon at the top of his craft. He custom crafted parts so that some of my pieces would fit perfectly. I am so happy with the final product. Not only is this the best bike shop on the island, Sebastian is also an awesome guy. A real pleasure to work with and to hang out with during the build. A big thank you to you!!

I had an excellent experience with the bike service in Majorca! Seb was super friendly, knowledgeable and quick to help me get back on the road. He did a thorough check, explained everything clearly and the bike felt amazing after the service. Prices were fair and the shop had a great vibe. Perfect spot for cyclists visiting the island - highly recommend!

You will get a cup of great coffee too probably 😬
