Delivery and communication before arrival went well.

When we received the the bikes, on of them had an issue with the crankset (making “click” noises for every padel stroke), we contacted the agency and they promised they would come and fix it the next day.

We never heard from them again even though we contacted them through WhatsApp and by E-mail. Apparently they do not have personnel to fix bikes, if there are problems and unfortunately they did not check the bike before delivery.

Zero stars for the service.

The rental was seamless and the bike fantastic. Loved the Cannondale bike with the electronic shifters, total game changer. The staff were absolutely the best and were so helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Had such a good experiencing renting bikes from this company, stayed at JS Palma Stay Hotel. Two bikes for two days, Ultegra Di2 carbon wheel disc brakes for cheaper than I’ve paid for a rim brake shiamno tiagra in other countries! Well looked after bikes, fit for any descent on the island. The lads who rented me the bike recommended good routes and made the rental process super relaxed. Thanks so much! Wish we had better weather for more days of riding

Shaky start to rental, the address they provided for pick up, which was close to my hotel and the main reason for choosing this place, was incorrect and meant getting an expensive taxi to get to the collection point
