El trato es de 10 y se nota que saben lo que necesita un ciclista antes y después de entrenar. Sin duda, sitio fijo en cada salida. Volveré siempre.

Een fiets gehuurd voor een weekje wielrennen. Fiets stond keurig klaar, alles wordt afgesteld op je lichaam. Heerlijk gefietst. Een leuke winkel waar je de leukste fietsmode vindt. Onbike en offbike.
En dan natuurlijk de lekkerste koffie met zelfgemaakte koeken om je vingers bij af te likken. Een fietsvakantie in de Calpe regio is niet compleet met een bezoek aan 53.eleven.

First time here a few days ago, and my friend was absolutely right — amazing vibe, friendly people, great energy and a truly unique cycling spot. Plenty of cyclists, lots of passion, smiles everywhere and perfect weather to match the mood.
I don’t drink coffee (I know… 😄), but everyone says it’s great. I went for a very good piece of carrot cake and one of their colorful 0% drinks instead — no regrets. The place itself is cozy and charming, spread over two floors, and definitely worth a stop if you’re riding a loop in the area.
And then… the service. I was sure I wouldn’t need it — so of course I did. After swapping wheels, one brake stopped working properly. Saturday, no appointment, so I expected nothing. I called, was told to come over, and 30 minutes later my bike was fixed, checked, and even improved in a couple of areas I had forgotten about.
Super friendly mechanic, clear explanation, fair prices, zero stress. All done on the spot, on a Saturday, with good humor and good vibes.
Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back!

Cannot recommend these fellas enough! Bought a Sweet helmet and after 8 monts the lock mechanism broke. Without any hesitation 53eleven offered me a full refund, a replacement strap (when Sweet has it in stock again) Or swap to another helmet color, since the did not have my color anymore.
I wanted to return helmet and get a refund. But Ingrid from 53eleven found a brand new helmet in my color (it's the PNS Rust) in Belgium, got the store there to ship it to me with a return label included for the faulty helmet. Honestly this kind if customer service is really a rarity these days. I've received my helmet, returned the other one... As easy as climbing Glandon

Als alles samenvalt: onthaal, fijne fietsverhuur, stevige koffie, gezellige drukte,.. kom hier nu al van (net voor de officiële) opening en ondertussen al verschillende vrienden mee naar hier genomen om fietsen te huren. Top materiaal. Stelt nooit teleur. De koffiezet in de UCI wereldbeker kleuren is een leuke upgrade ;). Het onthaal van met de grote glimlach is een meerwaarde.

More than just a celeb spotting cafe - can highly recommend the mechanic too! I have a more unusual type of bike with hub gearing and other bike shops have just shrugged their shoulders (while still being happy to take my money). The guy here (who speaks excellent English but also let’s you practice your pidgin Spanish) was so open and honest about what he could/ couldn’t do, did what he could and made a real difference. Plus he called when it was ready (seems obvious but other bike shops in the area have taken my bike and then radio silence 🤐) Big thumbs up 👍

Szczerze polecam tą wypożyczalnię. Rower, który miałem to BMC Teamachine na Sram Force był przygotowany idealnie. Nowe opony, napęd czysty i wyregulowany, a hamulce działały bezbłędnie. Bardzo mili ludzie prowadzący 53.eleven, sklep z odzieżą MAAP i Pas Normal Studios bardzo dobrze wyposażony.
