The rental service itself is efficient and the bikes are OK (I’ve used rental services where the bikes were maintained in an almost obsessive way; these are reasonably well kept, but I must say that everything works very well). The bikes are handed over quickly, and in less than 10 minutes you leave the shop with a ready-to-ride bicycle. Prices are good for the type of product offered.

However, the service feels very “aseptic” and not particularly friendly: customer interaction is almost nonexistent. No advice or suggestions are given, which is a negative point, because customers might not think of some useful things on the spot.

The mechanics, although efficient, interact very little and sometimes seem to judge you for every choice you make.
Aside from the limited interaction, the staff proved willing to accommodate requests.

My first Calpe cycling trip, a 6 week stay. It surely won't be my last. Friendly, engaging, knowledgeable team, and quality rental bikes (I had no technical issues). The guided tours are very good for getting to know the roads in the region (cyclists' heaven) and connecting with fellow cyclists. And there is the impressive beer collection for when the ride is done. Really enjoyed my time here. Thank you Vuelta Turistica team, keep going strong!

Vandaag eerste fietsdag met mijn zoon in Calpe. Het was een topdag. Mede dankzij de top service van Vuelta Turistica. We werden snel en vriendelijk geholpen. De fietsen werden perfect op maat afgesteld en zijn van uitstekende kwaliteit. Aanrader!

Voor de derde keer op rij fietsen gehuurd bij Vuelta Turistica. Prima fietsen, zeer ruime keus, vriendelijk en behulpzaam en kundig personeel. Volgend jaar weer! Het was weer een geweldig fietsweekend.

Wat een topplek! Bij Vuelta Turistica vind je alles wat je nodig hebt voor een geslaagde dag in Calpe. Of je nu een fiets wilt huren om zelf op ontdekking te gaan, of liever meegaat met een gezellige groepstocht langs de mooiste plekjes — hier kan het allemaal! 🚴‍♂️💨
Na het fietsen is het puur genieten op het terras met een verfrissend, koel biertje en een ontspannen sfeer. 🍺☀️ De mensen zijn supervriendelijk, de service is top en de vibe is gewoon helemaal goed.
Kortom: de ideale spot voor sportievelingen én levensgenieters. Zeker een aanrader om langs te komen als je in Calpe bent!

No se recomienda. Mala experiencia con ellos a pesar de que la culpa no la tienen directamente ellos pero no lo arreglan. He contactado con ellos varias veces y me indican que lo solucionarán lo antes posible pero seguimos molestos y por eso lo dejamos reflejado por aquí.

We were a group of 7 and first time in Calpe. Our experience with the guys was first class. Great admin contact from start to finish. The team in the shop are friendly and more importantly, gave us all the individual attention to get us set up right. The BMC’s we rented were first class. Dank aan het hele team om mijn eigen fiets zo snel weer rijklaar te maken zodat ik weer met remmen de bergen kon intrekken. Merkte dat mijn remmen op een eerdere tocht toch niet remklaar waren voor deze bergen, ze hebben dit dezelfde dag nog in orde gemaakt. Top service !

The perfect place for a simple and efficient bike hire experience. The staff were great at the bike fitting, so I was ready to go in no time. The bikes were in fantastic condition, and the shop had everything you need to get out and enjoy Calpe’s breathtaking mountains. Highly recommend for anyone looking to hit the roads with minimal hassle. A wonderful experience.

Sinceramente muy satisfecho , acudí a su taller para un problema que tenía en la bici y me la dejo impecable ,muy amables con el trato y el trabajo más que perfecto mi bicicleta salió impecable de ahí he quedado más que satisfecho y lo mejor el precio bastante bien el servicio 10/10
