Bike was in wrong location.
They offered a refund.
Did not offer an alternative bike.
I rented elsewhere.
Refund was then later refused.
Credit note offered which I will very unlikely ever use.
Very disappointed as have cost me additional cash when they could have offered me another bike at the time or honoured their initial refund that they referred to.
Hired other bike at Top Bikes in Altea, they were cheaper and got bike same day and very nice to deal with.

Great few days in Calpe. Bikes provided by Blanca. Heidi was really quick getting in touch, especially when we had a mechanical out on the road. Rear wheel swapped out the next morning and back out on the road by 9am.

Twice renting from Blanca Bikes now - once for 4 days and this time around for 2 weeks. Have nothing but good things to say about the staff and bikes. The 105’s have a hub issue, but they upgraded me to AXS. I recommend spending the extra few euros a day and getting the AXS Caledonia - very worth it.

Will happily rent from these guys again. Legendary riding out here, especially on a nice bike.

Great service from Blanca Bikes! Very last minute request and got me sorted with a pick-up in Parcent and drop back in Calpe. Very flexible. Great bikes (road and e-road) and kindly let my husband take his the afternoon before so was ready to go! Will definitely use again, thank you 🙏

This is an AWESOME shop. Travelled in from
Canada and reserved a brand new Cervelo. Opted for the insurance just in case (which I didn’t end up using but nice to be safe). Team had my bike ready for me. I had my saddle height and my own pedals so it was a quick setup. Highly recommend this place. We rode ourselves (through Komoot) but if you needed some help planning they have group rides as well.

Not very helpful, didn’t have have a basic tool (00 screwdriver) and their attitude of “We’re not a bike shop. We’re a hire centre” rather than trying to help customers isn’t great. Not sure I would want to have them manage a bike hire.

Genialna wypożyczalnia. Rezerwacja w pełni online sprawia, że wszystko załatwia się błyskawicznie i bez problemów. Rowery są świetnie przygotowane do jazdy. Na miejscu działa kawiarnia z dobrą kawą i świetnymi ciastkami, gdzie łatwo spotkać pro kolarzy. Zdecydowanie polecam :)

Would always recommend 100% for renting a bike - we rented 2 Cervelo Soloist for 10 days online - pick up was super smooth, bikes fully prepared with pedals, great bikes, good vibes, few minutes later we were on the road - almost too quick as we missed a good coffee. No problems during the rides. We stretched the last ride, missed coffee again, return was quick and vibes good again - would have loved to watch Tadej win having a coffee. We also loved the Blanca Bikes Coll de Rates Base Camp in Parcent - great service, toast with grated tomato, cherry pie and latte vanilla are awesome. Thank you for such a great time and until next time - as a sticker collector I would be thrilled to add another to our collection
