Voor iedereen, maar zeker voor alle Belgen die op Tenerife gaan fietsen: dit is een topzaak! Vlaamse (en uiteraard ook Spaanse) bediening, topmateriaal en een echte droomservice waarbij niets de zaakvoerders te veel is! Een topaanrader!!!

Die beste Stelle um sich auf Teneriffa ein Fahrrad zu leihen. Eine Spitzenmäßige Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber Fredrik. Der komplette Ablauf war einfach hervorragend. mir wurde das Rad sogar zum Hotel gebracht. (in der Nähe) Ein Top "BH" Rennrad. Am 2. Tag hatte ich leider 2x einen Platten Reifen. so etwas ist halt Pech und kann passieren. Aber die "Rettung" kam prompt. Ich wurde abgeholt und zum Hotel gebracht. Wahnsinn! Danke nochmals dafür... Also Radsportler; falls ihr euch ein Fahrrad mieten möchtet; geht zu Fredrik zu "Explorabikes" Tenerife. Viele Grüße aus Deutschland, Ludger

I booked a one-week tour including the Vuelta Al Teide Gran Fondo. Fredric and his team took care of everything from airport transfer on arrival to return trip to the airport at the end of the tour.....and everything in between. He and his team were a pleasure to work with. His shop is also well equipped. All of the rides were spectacular. I hope to do this tour again in the future.

Een fantastische organisatie en super begeleiding !! Op de langere rit ruim voldoende bevoorrading - net zoals bij de profs met volgwagen in de buurt - en op het zogenaamde koffieritje een stop op een prachtige locatie met zicht op zee !! Voor elke fietser is Explora Bikes Tenerife een aanrader !!

Zeer behulpzaam, klantvriendelijk, denkt mee in oplossingen waardoor ik op het laatst nog een mooie mtb tocht kon maken. Ook wat fietskleding keurig geholpen. Kom er graag weer terug als ik weer op Tenerife ben.

Firstly, all communication were replied to in a timely manner. Nothing was over looked or left out. Everything I asked was addressed, they went out of there way to accommodate me. The bikes are spot on. I cannot fault them for any reason. Nothing was overlooked or felt tired or worn out, which with other companies I’ve used is sadly the case.
Frederic obviously is meticulous. Which only adds to a sense of confidence when getting on a rental.
The routes I rode with guides were great. Properly testing without being over the top. Obviously bear in mind Tenerife is a giant volcano, most roads lead upwards !! Which suits me, but even when the going got tough, and I fell behind, I was never made to feel inadequate, or left behind.
Thank you all, I’ll definitely return. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second on choosing Explora !!
