Excelente servicio. Alquilamos dos bicicletas y, lastimosamente, una estaba demasiado grande para mi colega. Frederic fue muy amable y nos ayudó a cambiarla por una talla más pequeña sin ningún problema.
Muy buena gente, la tienda es muy bonita y las bicicletas son nuevas, con componentes de primera. Además, te dan consejos de rutas para subir el Teide.
Todo fue muy fácil y el trato muy atento. ¡Lo recomiendo 100%!.. el otro estaré de nuevo visitando los, muchas gracias por excelente atención.

Tijdens onze vakantie op Tenerife hebben we een fantastische ervaring gehad bij Explora bikes, de fietshop van de jonge enthousiaste ondernemer Frederic Dhondt.
De winkel is professioneel en biedt topfietsen van hoogwaardige kwaliteit; perfect onderhouden en klaar voor zowel ontspannen ritten als pittige klimmetjes.
We huurden fietsen voor meerdere dagen en hebben een aantal begeleide fietstochten gemaakt. Dat is een absolute aanrader. De ritten waren soms stevig, maar dankzij het uitstekende materiaal, de fijne begeleiding én het feit dat ik een elektrische racefiets had gehuurd :), waren ze goed te doen en bovendien ontzettend leuk.
Kortom:
Geweldige service, topmateriaal en schitterende routes. Een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die Tenerife op de racefiets wil ontdekken!

Leuke fietsenzaak. Keurig geholpen door Frederic en twee keer in een week een fiets gehuurd. Beide keren een prima fiets met Shimano di2. Mogelijkheid om een dag eerder op te halen net voor sluiting, zodat ik eerder als 09.00 uur kon gaan fietsen was geen probleem. Kom hier zeker vaker terug.

Had a great day on a BH bike to the 'cyling top' of El Teide. Thanks to the helpfull and easy rental at Explora Bike Tenerife! The rental process was super smooth and the bike was properly setup with the information I provided beforehand.

We had great and fast contact with Frederic. The bikes were prepared and really nice. We also got some route recommendations, and he was very flexible with picking up and dropping off the bikes. I would definitely rent bikes from Explora again.

Ik huurde via Explora Bikes een racefiets en zij regelden eveneens de overnachtingen in het Zentral Hotel. Frederic is een heel vriendelijke en behulpzame gerant: de fiets was in perfecte staat en stond klaar voor afhaling bij mijn aankomst. Ook voor advies over de ritten en tips over de omgeving kon ik bij hem terecht. Een absolute aanrader

By far the BEST, bike hire I have used on my Canary holiday on various islands.

Frederic ad his mechanic Pedro ae so professional. I used their ebike (NB. with extra battery to ensure Mt Teide can be achceived) which was pre set up before I arrived, a very small saddle level adustment to suit my style and I had 10 days of excellent cycling experiences.

Very convenient online booking and excellent communication with the staff. I made the reservation in the evening, and in the morning the bike was waiting, perfectly prepared. The bike itself was great on climbs that were quite challenging for me. I highly recommend them, and I will definitely come back as soon as I have the opportunity.

Ich war rundum begeistert vom Radverleih! Das Fahrrad war in einem gutem Zustand und ließ sich super fahren. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war wirklich hervorragend. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich den schnellen und unkomplizierten E-Mail-Kontakt – meine Fragen wurden immer prompt und freundlich beantwortet. Absolut empfehlenswert!

W przypadku zmiany terminu z mojej strony żadnych problemów-mega elastyczni.

Rower bardzo dobrze dopasowany i w pełni sprawny - prawie sam wjechał na El Teide :).

Dodatkowo zestaw naprawczy do kół.

Ceny uważam bardzo rozsądne za sam rower i dodatkowy osprzęt.

Strona internetowa bardzo przejrzysta.

Podsumowując- gorąco polecam.
