Beware, very poor service, we had a car with a clutch issue which that they didn't swap after promising to do so, they left us with it making false promises regarding swapping. They then blamed us for what is clearly a wear and tear item charging 419 euros for the repair. I repair cars myself so I know what the failing part was. They will scam you. I am sure if given an opportunity to do so. Do not use. They are a service partner of Carzrent, so if you book through these, you'll likely get these crooks. Beware.

Added later in reply to the vendors reply below. I forgot to mention how rude and arrogant the vendor is. She alleges we didn't have a vehicle from her. I've added a picture of the vehicle to refresh her memory.

Hi Mark. You can’t put mi 1* because you never pick the car in my office. You are not my client.
You pick the car in another office and you made reservation with HOT TICKETS, not in my franchise office. It’s not correct!!!!

I also came to see what happened thinking that you are my client. And you are not. I was talking to the people who rented you the car and asked for a tow truck. But this shows a great deal of gratitude. Because of this I have come to the conclusion that it is better not to intervene and not help, because it is my fault that you have not rented a car with me.
