Good and well maintained bikes, at least in my case. Pick up and drop off process was smooth and efficient, no unnecessary small talk :)

I’d recommend to book early. I made my booking 3 weeks prior of my arrival and they only had one model available in XL size. I got a Merida with mechanical 105, perfectly adjusted so it wasn’t an issue. Brakes could perhaps be better but I got used to them and there were no issues descending.

Super guys to deal with!!! bike ready on time and everything worked perfectly top class shop and staff I couldn’t recommend this shop enough,if your in town looking to cycle for a few days note !!! Shop right on the roundabout you may be so busy navigating you may miss it initally I parked on street parking and walked up . Definitely I’ll be back here the whole biking experience on the island and this shop perfect kudos guys !!!!

Excellent bike rental experience!

I had a very positive experience renting bikes here. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful — they took the time to adjust the bikes perfectly, recommended great routes, and even pointed out areas that were best to avoid. Their local knowledge made a huge difference and helped us get the most out of our rides.

A special thanks to Dennis, who was especially helpful and took the time to explain everything in detail. He really made us feel well taken care of.

The whole process — from payment and deposit to signing the rental agreement — was simple, clear, and secure. The bikes themselves were in great condition, with a good range of models and price levels to choose from.

The shop has an excellent location, making it an ideal starting point for rides along the coast or up into the mountains. There’s also a nice selection of cycling gear and accessories available for purchase in the store.

Overall, a very positive experience — I can highly recommend this place to anyone looking to rent bikes on Gran Canaria!

Rower zarezerwowany przez internet z miesięcznym wyprzedzeniem, po przyjezdzie już na mnie czekał ustawiony pod wymiar jaki podałem w formularzu. Augusto bardzo pomocy we wszystkich papierowych formalnościach i po kilku minutach można było korzystać z roweru. Wypożyczony przeze mnie rower Merida Scultura 4000 pomimo minimalnej ceny za wynajem sprawdził sie w 100% zarówno na płaskich odcinkach jak i w wysokich górach, a hamulce tarczowe sprawiły że prędkość zjazdowa była do opanowania.

Been cycling in GC for ten years, and had a few bad experiences with free motion. But this time there was this Dennis guy which was super helpful and knowledgeable about bikes. I have tried many bike stores but my bike felt off, he just found the problem right away and helped me fix it while being really nice and even talked perfect English. Will definitely recommend using the Arguineguín store over the one in Playa del ingles.

Dennis gave us an amazing experience at free motion in Arguineguin. We rented two Supersix Evo 2 that made even the toughest climbs possible. We did Tauro to Pico de las Nieves, Ayagaures, and Valley of Tears 😭 Would recommend to anyone. Dennis is very experienced being an ex pro rider, and has a lot of tips under his belt. You can even include insurance and helmets, and their shop provides other cycling gear if needed. Will definitely come back if I go to GC for cycling again!

Brilliant service from start to finish. I had a three day hire.

I emailed the store 6 months before my trip and I was able to specify what equipment and size of bike I wanted. I also was able to plan my route and discuss any road closures.

On pick up day, Dennis was brilliant in helping to ensure that the bike fit was spot on and was able to offer advice on planned route. The bike itself was perfect. No mechanical issues at all. On drop off day, I had a relaxed chat with Dennis and a coffee too.

5 star service. I am already planning to come back.

Bardzo przyjazna obsługa wypożyczony rower w porządku, wszystko działało bez zarzutu jedynie platformy miały mały defekt ale przetrwały 😁. Rower wypożyczony bez wcześniejszej rezerwacji na jeden dzień ale się udało może też dla tego cena była trochę wyższa niż się spodziewałem. Na koniec przy zwrocie gravela zostałem poczęstowany szklaneczką piwa co było zbawienne po wyczerpującej jeździe. Zwrot kaucji również przebiegł bez problemów i szybko.

Ich hatte ein Problem mit meinen Rennradschuhen, da meine Cleats kaputt waren. Bei **Free Motion auf Gran Canaria** wurde mir sofort geholfen – ohne lange Wartezeit wurden neue Cleats montiert, und ich konnte meine Tour wie geplant fortsetzen.

Der Service war nicht nur schnell und professionell, sondern auch unglaublich freundlich. Es entstand ein nettes Gespräch, und die Atmosphäre im Laden ist einfach großartig – man merkt sofort, dass hier Radsport gelebt wird.

Ein besonderes Dankeschön auch für den schnellen und unkomplizierten Service für meine Tochter und mich – das war wirklich klasse! **Definitiv die erste Anlaufstelle für alle Radfahrer auf Gran Canaria.** Vielen Dank für die tolle Hilfe!
