Una experiencia magnífica. La atención por parte de Edgar ( si no recuerdo mal el nombre ) fue de 10, me dio facilidades de entrega y recogida y me aconsejo perfectamente, así da gusto. Estaría bien que tuviesen más bicicletas en stock pero la que me llevé una Bh Sl con 105 estaba impecable. Repetitia.

I decided to add an extra dimension to my Mogan trip this year by hiring a bike for three days. My choice of a Cannondale tesoro neo, an electric hybrid, with a carbon frame was just right. I'm in my mid 60s with osteoarthritis, so I need the assistance!

It was about €100 for three days including a helmet. The staff in the shop were very helpful in choosing my ride and advising on possible routes.

I struggled to find the shop, Google maps seemed to think I was on a raft in the Atlantic. But the shop is situated in the Hotel Cordial Playa. There's a door opposite the outdoor courts as you walk up the pedestrianised route from the seafront.

I recommend giving them a go. I had a great time.

I rented 4 diferent bikes along my stay here, that was in perfect condition. I want to specifically thank to Edgar who was very kind and helpful with us, exposing the routes and everything . It was a pleasure to rent from him. He explained all the costs and assured that he understood correctly what he booked for us. I recomand to rent from him and free motion. I am looking forward to the next trip and the rent from here !

Rented a Specialized Tarmac SL8 and it was perfection. Perfect bike for the area and immaculately presented. Took all of my willpower to not buy it. Website took a bit of work to get the login code but can’t fault the team or the bike.

Tu wypożyczyliśmy rowery, które można było zwrócić w innej wypożyczalni /dopłata 5euro/. Przed wypożyczeniem na stronie internetowej wypożyczalni, podaliśmy nasze rozmiary i w dniu wypożyczenia, rowerki czekały w 100% gotowe i ustawione pod nas. Szybko sprawnie i bardzo miło! Zdecydowanie polecam, zdecydowanie wrócę. Ps. Nie ma sensu wozić swoich rowerów.

Hired a bike from here for 4 days. Thw service was excellent from Nicola. Be sure to book as they don't have all the bikes advertised in to take that day. Nicola was super helpful and made everything a simple and a flawless transaction. Highly recommended if you need to hire a bike in the mogan area. I will definitely be returning and hiring again. Best bike hire I've come across. Didn't fob me off with a bike that's too small. Topstone 61 in excellent condition, set up for me with a great deal of care. Lots of route help and advice. Sundries available to buy (bidons etc). Book your bike at least a little in advance. I'll be back!

Wir haben 3 Rennräder für eine Woche ausgeliehen. Die Räder waren in einem top Zustand und vor allem für ambitionierte Sportler super! Die Betreuung durch Nicola war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns sogar noch eine kleiner Rahmengröße beschafft, obwohl wir eine größere reserviert hatten.
Alles in allem sind wir top zufrieden, sehr zu empfehlen!

Arrived at Free Motion at Puerto Mogan only to find out I’d hired the bike for the previous day. Expecting to have to return to the hotel £50 down and no bike. Turns out they had a spare bike, not only that they didn’t charge me and just moved the reservation. The chap was really helpful, spare tubes, fresh ice water for my bidons and also allowed me to drop off the bike at Maspalomas as the shop in Mogan can’t be reached from the East due to the closed road. Due to a route error I didn’t make it before the shop closed so dropped off the bike as they opened. Again expecting a charge for a late return I wasn’t. SUPER SERVICE *****

I do not usually give reviews, but the service at Free Motion Mogan impressed me. The staff was very helpful and friendly, providing route tips and suggestions. It was a great start to the biking experience at GC. Renting, pickup, and delivery were seamless. One small suggestion: adding a mark on the doorbell for better visibility could be helpful—but that’s just me being picky.

I know where to come next time I am here.

I rented a Specialized Tarmac, a good bike in proper condition, for four days. The guy who was working during my pick-up was extremely grumpy. He told me to return the bike before 6pm on the final day, but he left out the fact that before 6pm means between 4pm and 6pm. Horrible opening hours, and very frustrating to find a closed door upon returning the bike. All in all a decent business, but some clear areas that could be improved upon.

Sinds ik fiets op Gran Canaria huur ik mijn fiets bij Free Motion Bikecenter. Ze hebben prima cannondale fietsen die je via internet kan reserveren. De fiets is top en de service is goed. Je kunt zelfs de huurfietst kopen. Ook hebben ze prima tourtochten!

I rented a specialized trekking ebike with a 70nm motor and a 710 watt battery, it responded to gear and mode changes and gave me good assistance, I rode from Mogan to Arguineguin over the Tauro Pass, I mostly rode medium assistance level, I was able to return the bike in Arguineguin, had about 45% left on the battery (total weight of bike and rider about 138 kg), really good, was a little nervous. as it is a long climb. Thanks to Mogan and Arguineguin center for good service, can definitely recommend this bike shop, I have rented many times over the years, always good and professional service. mh Hans jorgen woxen

I booked a bike before I arrived on holiday, when I picked the bike up, little bit of adjustment and it was ready to go. Good advice about routes and when brought the bike back, the guy helped with getting back to puerto rico. Excellent service, I will use again when I go back.
