Since they sell Pinarello Dogmas and other exotic bikes I thought it would be okay to take my 7,000 euro Cannondale to them to have 2 hydronic lines replaced. I stood and watched the mechanic “the butcher’ destroy my bike, budging everything with force screwdrivers and pliers. Using the incorrect ferrules and making a good bike unridable. I ended up having to walk my bike back home with no suspension and no brakes. The repair cost for the damage they caused runs to more than 250 Euro. I would not trust them ever again even to fix a puncture. God forbid anyone that buys a top end bike from them.
