Necesitaba unos repuestos para una eBike Lapierre que ellos como parthner se hacian cargo de pedirlos (Lapierre no vende directamente a cliente final). Se trataba de 4 piezas en total, dos soportes de motor y dos pletinas de ajuste. Tras pedirselas, pagarlas y confirmando que eran todas las que pedi, quedo a la espera. Tardaron aproximadamente mes y medio y no me avisaron cuando als recibieron. Fui a por ellas y paso lo siguiente:

1.- Al dependiente se le cayeron al suelo al sacarlas y ni media disculpa.

2.- Faltaban las pletinas, pregunte y ni sabian de que hablaba, tampoco se molestaron en saberlo. Les pregunte si ellos me las pedian y no me daban respuesta ni solucion., que si no eran de la marca o eran de la marca del motor. Solo habia que consultarlo de nuevo entiendo. No lo hicieron y me dejaron alli plantado.

3.- Me dispuse a irme no muy contento por el servicio y me gritaron de cualquier manera de que me iba sin pagar.. tuve que mostrarles la conversacion de wahtsapp y el comprobande de mas de un mes de antelacion por el pago.

Resumiendo, servicio lamentable, me veo obligado a tratar con esta tienda ya que son los unicos parthner de Lapierre en Tenerife, si no lo fueran, no iria por alli.

Das Geschäft gehört zu Bike Point. Wenn man das outet mit der in El Medano vergleicht, dann fällt folgendes auf:
1. Viel Personal, aber keiner kümmert sich um dich. Weder beim abholen des Fahrrads, noch bei der Abgabe.
2. Ich würde nicht sagen, dass die Leute unfreundlich sind, aber in El Medano fühlt man sich Wilkommen. Hier nicht.
3. Das Fahrrad war nicht gut vorbereitet. Diverse Sachen waren nicht gut. Das kann passieren, aber in der Summe war es zu viel.
Ich kann bike point empfehlen, aber diese Zweigstelle finde ich nicht so gut wie die anderen.

Thank you guys, you are awesome.

I had a bad tire choice with the Thunderburt in the rear and had lots of punctures on gravel and light mtb routes from pointy rocks.

I called the shop and found a suitable tire. Came 30 minutes before closing and the team switched everything very fast. They saved me so I could keep going to camp at Las Reices since everything in town was booked out due to carnival.

Great Service and great inventory.
