An excellent bike shop and great service. The rented bike was just tuned up when I arrived and the staff was very welcoming and kind; taking time to recommend routes and chat over a post-ride espresso (which was delicious). Overall, it was a great, seamless experience and I'd recommend La Cumbre to anyone looking to cycle and explore the island.

• Super nette Mitarbeiter: Das Team ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.
• Reibungsloser Ablauf: Von der Buchung bis zur Rückgabe lief alles absolut unkompliziert.
• Extra-Service: Ich konnte mir sogar unkompliziert Schuhe leihen – nicht selbstverständlich!
• Highlight: Es gibt dort wirklich köstlichen Espresso, der den Besuch perfekt abrundet

We couldn't rent bikes from them due to their opening hours (we wanted to return the bikes on Saturday evening). Nevertheless, they responded to all our emails very helpfully and recommended another place where we were able to rent bikes. Very friendly customer service. Thank you.

One of my favorite bike shops in the world!! La Cumbre was an absolute highlight of our trip. We were visiting from overseas and the team took incredible care of us, helping keep our bikes in perfect riding condition the entire time. The staff is so personable and warmly hospitable, and you can tell they deeply care about cycling and about the people who come through their doors. Every interaction felt thoughtful and intentional, from small adjustments to helpful advice on routes and conditions. Because of them, our trip was seamless and so enjoyable. We could not have asked for a better experience and hope to be back soon:)))

Great experience! The staff is very friendly and genuinely helpful. The bikes are high-quality, well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a great ride, combined with fair and transparent pricing. As a small but appreciated extra, you’re always treated to a good espresso. If I’m cycling here again, this will definitely be my go-to address. Highly recommended!
