Olvidé ponerle reseña porque no suelo usar mucho las reseñas, pero en este caso Diego lo merece. He alquilado bicicletas en Madrid, Barcelona y Tenerife y jamás he encontrado un trato y facilidades como las de Diego. Llegue, recogí la bici sin apenas espera, me la dejó al pelo rápidamente y me fui de ruta sin problemas. Además muy buenos precios. Si vas a Tenerife y te gusta el ciclismo llévate casco y zapas y pásate a por una de sus bicis.

Un sitio excelente para alquiler o compra de bicicletas. Fuimos desde Granada a pasar un fin de semana y alquilamos un par de bicis electricas. Eran comodisimas. La atencion buenisima. Tienen mucha variedad de bicis y tallas, que para mi era lo mas importante, ya q en otros sitios es raro q tengan tallas S. Un sitio muy recomendable.

Necesitábamos comprar una cámara y una pila para la manera del cambio, el señor que nos atendió nos ayudó a cambiar la pila, fue muy servicial.
Volveremos cuando necesitemos algo para nuestras bicis, seguro!

Super bien atendidos por David. El alquiler era sabado y cerraban al mediodia y nos hizo el favor de poder entregarlas mas tarde y el mismo se presentó para recojerlas. Un 10.

Unos cracks!! Se nota que saben lo que hacen, tuve un problema al comprar un cambio nuevo para mi mtb y me lo solucionaron ellos sin haberles comprado la pieza, y encima me montaron el cambio nuevo en un momento. Ahora va de fabula!! El tal Diego es el director de un equipo ciclista segun tengo entendido, muy amable y sabe latin de esto. Un saludo chicos y gracias por la atencion prestada, asi da gusto!!

We rented one MTB and one eMTB for a reasonable price, both in excellent condition, the owner was super friendly tho we didn't speak Spanish, you could talk with him via WhatsApp and translator as the website is out of work(Nov, 2025) .

Also a great location for exploring TF-12, will definitely back here, thank you!

Fantastic shop and very friendly owner. I rented two road bikes, carbon and ultegra. We had technical problem which was our fault and the bike was replaced for us immediately, and it was Sunday! I recommend it to everyone.

We rented one eMTB and one roadbike (disc, carbon, electric shifting) for one day.
The staff is very nice and opened the shop on a bridge day when it was officially closed. We were allowed to pick the bikes we wanted - what was necessary as not all roadbikes seemed to be in perfect condition with equal components (eg top end saddle). The one we finally got worked great and they took enough time to set up every detail (my boyfriend is a perfectionist). The eMTB worked as it should (low end Orbea hardtail with Bosch CX).

Perfect location for the beautiful TF-12 climb.

We paid 25€ per carbon road bike (disks) with mechanical Shimano ultegra. Certainly not the newest model, but for the price absolutely fine. So 5/5, right? Well...
The contact in front was a bit difficult. There is no website to see the bikes upfront or to do a reservation. I didn't get a reply via Whatsapp. At the end my Spanish speaking girlfriend had to call.

But that wasn't the main issue. I am 1,90m so I need XL or at least L (frame size). However, one of the employees thought it's a great idea to give me M, which unfortunately I only realized 20-30 minutes after leaving the shop (why would you even need to double-check after asking for XL/L in Spanish?). It was too late that day to go back, change it and finish the planned trip. So for my scenic/relaxing ride with my girlfriend through Parque Rural de Anaga I had practically a bike with a race geometry...

Rented two bikes for 3 days, brand new, no problems. Diego, the owner, very friendly and open. If renting bikes in San Andres and Santa Cruz, this is the way. Best thing is to call I think. As tours, you have Santa Cruz- San Andres to warm up, then go to Anaga National Park for 13 km and finish the day on the beach, Tirasitas or whatever you like.

I am staying in San Andres for a few weeks and brought my bike over with me. My rear gear cable snapped over the weekend and I feared I would be minus the bike for a few days. Diego and the La Sede Bicycle team had me back up and running within the hour and couldn't have been more friendly or helpful (Diego speaks fluent English and was great to chat to with lots of advice on cycling in the area). A great service that I would highly recommend.

Super netter und freundlicher Inhaber.Konversation auch auf Englisch. Er hat mir sofort die Bremse entlüftet und beide Bremsscheiben gereinigt.
Alles für 5 Euro.Obendrauf gab es noch eine Autoventilkappe. Wenn ich in der Nähe bin und Probleme mit dem Rad habe ist das meine erste Wahl.
