Alquilé una bici para un día y la experiencia fue inmejorable. Llamé el día anterior para comentarles lo que necesitaba y cuando fui al día siguiente a la tienda labic ya estaba perfectamente preparada. Bici de calidad a buen precio y que funcionaba de cine. Además les comenté el plan de ruta que tenía y me dieron grandes consejos y recomendaciones. ¡100% recomendable!

Danke für die freundliche, unkomplizierte und engagierte Hilfe! Bei meinem Rollstuhl war eine Speiche direkt im Speichen-Nippel gebrochen. Da die Räder radial und nicht gekreuzt, wie bei Fahrrädern üblich, eingespeicht sind, war eine besonders kurze Speiche nötig. Die Speiche (und direkt 2 Ersatzspeichen) wurde beschafft und professionell montiert. Jetzt kann es ohne schlechtes Gefühl weitergehen.

The bike shop owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and even went out of their way to let us rent bikes on a Sunday. When we realized one of the bikes had some issues mid-ride, he literally came to the rescue by helping us quickly over WhatsApp, which made a huge difference and saved our day. The e-bike I rented was in excellent condition, super smooth, powerful, and a joy to ride. 10/10 experience!

Highly recommend and would definitely go back if we visit Tenerife again :)

We had a great experience with this bicycle service! We were provided amazing eMTBs in different sizes, that allowed us to go 50km with 1000m elevation gain, for a reasonable price

Had a great experience.
Rented a road bike for myself and an E-bike for my wife. Cost was competitive to other places I used while on my trip. The owner went out of his way to ensure I got the bike on a sunday (when most other shops were closed) which I greatly appreciated.
Owner is responsive through whatsapp, which came in handy when I had a problem with my shifting. Within an hour we had met back up, changed the bike and I was back on my way.
I was given suggestions on routes to take in the area and some nice restaurants to check out along the way. Great people work here, I woud rent from them again!

We rented one MTB and one eMTB for a reasonable price, both in excellent condition, the owner was super friendly tho we didn't speak Spanish, you could talk with him via WhatsApp and translator as the website is out of work(Nov, 2025) .

Also a great location for exploring TF-12, will definitely back here, thank you!
